All the basics are covered wi-fi, toiletries, luggage rack, iron/board, breakfast, in-room coffee, TV, pool etc. I am most grateful that rooms are all ground floor, no stairs to negotiate especially when tired and in some pain.

HOTEL’S FAVOURITE REVIEW

We stayed at the Best Western Frontier motel in Lone Pine while on a last-minute weekend getaway up 395 "Mother Road". Lone Pine is a great place to stay in the eastern Sierras, and is at the foot of Mt. Whitney. Everyone knows it as the place where you start on your Whitney ascent. The motel is very clean, staff...

We were traveling from Yosemite to Death Valley and this was recommended to us. We usually have good luck with Best Western's. I have to say it was clean and modern looking but we had a room with a bathroom that was for a handicap person and it was so inadequate for our needs. Nowhere to put our things, lots...

This is a great place to stay on the way to/from Death Valley. The hotel has great staff, clean rooms, a good breakfast and a pool. It gives access to Mount Whitney, the Movie Museum and Movie Road. All great places to visit.

The motel looks dated on the outside, but was very clean and comfortable. Front desk (Leigh) was great to work with. She was friendly and very efficient. The breakfast was ample with a good variety for any appetite.

We wanted to see the East Side of the Sierras and Death Valley. We have a small plane and like to mountain bike. The hotel was perfect for this as it is walking distance to the airport tie down area and walking or biking its only a few minutes into downtown from there. We went hopped over to Valley on...

As snowbirds we travel between SoCal and NE WA. This motel is always our first nights stop. We travel with our pet and they are pet friendly. The room is always fresh and the beds are comfy. It meets our needs and it is a clean abd quiet place to stay after a long days drive. Breakfast has a good...

I have stayed here 4 or 5 times now, it is very consistent and great. A few things I would recommend, choose a room facing the airport side, it is a better view and you can back your car up right to the door of your room. Also, if the front room for breakfast is crowded check the back room...

This is an excellent hotel located on a travel itinerary which includes Death Valley or enroute to Mammoth Mountain. The rooms are spacious, the breakfast complete, and the pool refreshing. A good experience.

My husband and I stayed for one night at Lone Pine on our honeymoon. We picked the hotel based on location and TA reviews and were more than happy with our choice. From a friendly check-in experience, to a much-needed laundry room, and a delicious and varied complimentary breakfast, we enjoyed our stay immensely. The highlight for us was the...
