The staff was very friendly. The hotel was old. The hotel was clean. The elevators took forever. Parking was additional cost. Not impressed at all. The loby was comfortable and welcoming. Water orange infused readily available-nice to touch

First time here but will have it on our "return" list for future cruises out of Long Beach. Centrally located and within walking distance of many restaurants. About 150 yards from Von's for those last minute items you may need on board. Comfortable bed and well appointed room. Great view of the Queen Mary.

We stayed here just for the park and cruise offer. The hotel is nice and in a good location. The one down faul is with this pakage the DO NOT offer a shuttle to the cruise terminal. I was told that they do when i made the reservation.

Hello Krysta L! Thank you for sharing your experience with us. Unfortunately the cruise ships don't provide any shuttles in Long Beach to any of the hotels. We are hoping as they add ships that may be an option in the future. Keep your fingers crossed for us and hopefuly we'll see you for your next cruise!

In town for a convention, and originally booked a room at the Travelodge across the street (BIG mistake). After walking into a very undesirable room, I looked across the street and saw the Marriott sign. Without hesitation, I picked up the phone and called. Knowing they were likely full, accommodating the convention attendees, I thought the chances were slim. Eric...

We spent one night in Long Beach awaiting a quick cruise on Carnival. Our friends picked the hotel because they are Marriott Rewards members. We were not disappointed, as the hotel staff (especially Queen) was extremely helpful and the room we stayed in was wonderful. I would highly recommend the hotel, as it is close to everything and the rooms...

This hotel is quite convenient if you have to attend a convention at the convention center, you can walk there in a few minutes. And this is where the benefits end. The hotel has a south side and a north side. I had the bad luck to be in a south side room. Why bad luck? Because this hotel shares...

Hello Gregor W. I want to take a moment and thank you for your candid and honest feedback. We do our best to honor our rewards members and we failed in this case and for that we do apologize. Booked, and did not see when booking that the hotel charged $22/night for parking. Excessive, by any standard, and no alternative parking available in comfortable walking distance of the hotel. Further, the elevator in the 3 story parking garage was not working; for a disabled person, this is a huge negative. Had this situation not existed, the hotel would have...

The stay was very nice. Room was clean. This was the 4th hotel we had stayed at when attending events at the Long Beach Convention Center. For the price and value it is great. Our only problem was parking. We have a Extended cab Truck and could not park it in their lot. We did have access to a lot...

We had a great corner room on the 6th floor with a harbor view. It was a very nice and large room. The front desk staff was very helpful and informative. We walked everywhere to eat, drink, play, sightsee and the beach. Would certainly recommend it.
