I stayed here for two nights while at a conference which was at the main conference centre. Great check in, quick, simple, no problems. My room on the 4th floor I felt was a little tired and dated. Two nice beds and the room is a good size (by UK standard it's huge). To be honest I only slept in...

Had a soccer tournament on Memorial Day weekend. The whole team stayed booked through our tournament site. The location was great, could walk to meals and they tolerated a bunch of boys hanging out in the lobby on occasion! The tournament site screwed up some of the reservations and the hotel worked very hard to try to find other accommodations...

This was a nice hotel. Beautiful lobby area. Restaurant in hotel was attractive and breakfast was cooked as ordered. Rooms was average size, bed and linens were excellent, Rug and chair in room appeared a little worn. Nice having free WiFi. Imani, at the front desk was incredibly helpful throughout my stay.

My husband is here on business so I am left to try to find things to do during the day. The people who work here at the hotel could not be friendlier. I am amazed - they have gone so far above and beyond to help me find things to do during the day. I asked a simple question and...

Then hotel is an old and refurbished and you would see a well designed front lobby and restaurant. The staff are professionals from the start. Very welcoming, secure and informative. The hotel location is the best as it is close to the beach, convention center, and promenade for local shopping. Lastly, they offer free bike rental.

Upon check-in at the Courtyard Downtown Long Beach, I knew I made the right choice for my accommodations. The staff was friendly and welcoming and I felt like an important guest. The location of the hotel is really good and the grounds, rooms, common areas and pool are clean and well maintained. The adjacent restaurant is amazing!

I was here on business for 3 nights. Here are my pros and cons. PROS -friendly staff -gym was a decent size and not busy -good location near restaurants, the beach, and shopping -free WiFi CONS -the restaurant is very expensive ($7 beer, $10 highballs) -the food provided for meetings is average (the tacos were below average)
