This Hotel is wonderful for an urban hotel as it is surrounded by beautiful gardens.. most of the Villas or rooms have garden views.. even though it has been redesigned and was closed for several years to redo the hotel, it is not as special as I would have thought.. a bit disappointing in the design.

I returned to the Hotel Bel-Air recently. It's still lovely and well run. The things that struck us was the less than stellar breakfast and dinner in the bar. Service was slower than it should have been. Breakfast one morning was eggs benedict on a plate. No garnish, piece of fruit. Pretty expensive. A spa credit was part of my...

Charming, responsive service from the Front Desk staff and almost everyone else, together with the well-landscaped, serene setting, make this hotel a first-rate choice, whether traveling on business or leisure. High points were a luxuriously soft but supportive bed, a grand bathroom with double-vanity and separate bathtub and shower (though the small floor area meant the swinging shower and toilet...

Loved this hotel and was given a room upgrade upon arrival. This allowed us to have a fabulous breakfast on our patio, which was one of our favourite parts of the trip. We had the 6 course tasting menu at Wolfgang Puck which was sensational, I recommend the truffle pasta. The Pool Area is very nice but is unfortuantely mostly...

We stayed for three nights in a Bel Air Suite (we were upgraded at check-in). The in-room dining for both breakfast and dinner was impressive. Overall we had a great experience and would recommend this hotel.

This is a timeless piece of architecture that provides the best service, surroundings and level of comfort. The rooms are bigger than expected and very private. The restaurant for breakfast lunch or dinner is brilliant and the service impeccable. The signature schnitzel is a must. The bar and live music is very nice and the foyer as you would expect....

Call me picky... But not to my face!!! I have been going to the Bel Air for over 20 years. It was ALWAYS perfect in every way. But recently, since the remodel, things have gone continually down. So very disappointing. My last visit was just that. The food is ok, but just that. The service was deplorable. I had to...
