Great location and free bikes! The spaces are good but challenging for 4 adults. Watch out. Very clean and amazing roof top with access to BBQ grilling. That was amazing and we managed to have a great dinner experience watching the sunset from the roof top.

Arrived late and entry code did not work (they had changed the pin after the new year but did not email us), thankfully there was someone on the desk till midnight to let us in. The room was lovely and everything was very clean, spacious and modern shower and fully equipped kitchen. The only downside was hearing absolutely everything from...

Excellent staff and service. Rooms were large, clean and comfortable. Nice having the kitchen. Roof top was beautiful - had lots of seating and even a barbeque. They also have beach toys, boogie boards etc. for the guests to borrow! We wiill definitely stay here again on our next visit to the LA area.

A great chic, CLEAN and SAFE hotel on The Venice beach boardwalk. Modern, funky rooms - double aspect if you're on the front so uninterrupted view of the Bach and the ocean. Yup it can be a little noisy until Venice 'sleeps' but if you're looking for peace, quiet and solitude - you're in the wrong place - but, great...

The Accom itself had all you need for a great stay, studio set up with well equipped kitchen and eating area, coin laundry in the basement, free bikes to use & friendly staff. The roof...

Our fourth floor corner room (the top floor) had an incredible ocean view. It was a large studio, with a comfortable mattress, nice shower and great little kitchen area (which was well stocked). The room was very attractive with hardwood floors and exposed brick walls. Be sure to use the restored elevator and enjoy the sunset from the roof top...

My teen daughter and I stayed here over the weekend. We had a studio suite on the second floor and it was absolutely charming. The room had obviously been redone and they'd done a fantastic job. It had everything we could have asked for. The bed was really comfortable and the bedding was nice - not a cheap "hotel comforter"....

We stayed here recently and upgraded to an Ocean View room. The view was exquisite. The bed was very very comfortable. Our room was on the top floor on the north side of the building, We were right in the 'thick' of the Boardwalk. Shopping was fantastic. The only downfall was that we were fined US$250 for smoking in our...

Came with my son over Canadian spring break. Great historic property right on the beach. Great staff, great location if you are here to take in all that is Venice Beach. Roof top patio is fantastic! This is not a chain and that is part of its charm.

Staying in Venice

Neighbourhood Profile
Venice
Venice has always danced to its own beat as the epicenter of bohemian culture in Los Angeles. Along the boardwalk there are street performers and local craftsmen selling their wares. Original paintings, souvenirs, and jewelry are on display. Crowds of visitors marvel at the sites while weightlifting enthusiasts pump iron in plain view, and skateboarders do their tricks around the skate park. All of it happens under the warm California sun with sprawling views of sand and sea. Heading east, the main drags of Abbot Kinney Boulevard and Main Street are lined with boutique shops, some major retail stores, art galleries and restaurants. Here the ambiance is more relaxed and upscale than the frenetic boardwalk area. Venice is a mostly walkable (and certainly bikeable) neighborhood, full of areas to explore.
