As the headline implies we were guests of The Concourse courtesy of Delta Airlines. The staff was fairly helpful which is the only reason it doesn't get a 1 star rating. Due to mechanical difficulties we were stranded in LA overnight on the way to our honeymoon on Maui. This is NOT the place you want to stay on the...

Dear Sadt0mat0, Thank you for your feedback. I apologize that we did not met your expectations in your honeymoon destination as I can only imagine how frustrating it was to not be able to get to Maui and enjoy such a romantic moment. I see that you mentioned our sleep number beds and I wanted to let you know that...

Stayed for one night at the conclusion of our vacation for an early morning flight at LAX. Had a choice of flying without long layover but as a hyatt diamond, I wanted to try the new hyatt "affiliated" hotel. Boy, was I wrong! Many misinformation provided by the staff. Asked where I can buy a soda. Told to go to...

Dear qmiles333, Thank you for your comments. As a Hyatt Diamond member we appreciate your loyalty to the brand. I apologize that your stay with us was not as impeccable as it could have been as giving misinformation is not something that we do, so rest assured that I will be addressing this with my team as we want to...

Easy to get to from LAX with complimentary shuttle bus. Its a clean hotel, but you can tell its been a workhorse of a hotel. Recently rebadged from Radisson to The Concourse, they are advertising they are about to spend millions on refurbishment. So the future looks bright for this hotel. 2 x Rental Car companies next door, so easy...

Having stayed at this property in the past and had hygiene issues with the property , not much has changed even with change of brand of the hotel. It may now be called the Concourse part of Hyatt, well it's definatly not worh any part of the Hyatt brand. The only positive thing is that the hotel offeres comp shuttle...

I called the customer service number listed on Gala's website several days before my trip and was put on hold for over 40 minutes twice. I then called the hotel directly in LA and was told that my room was booked through Gulliver's Travel (something that was not communicated at any time to me during my original booking). Per the...

As the other reviews indicate, this hotel is in transition from a Radisson to a Hyatt Regency. During this period it's currently named the "Concourse" and the Hyatt name is almost nowhere to be found. With good reason. Why I chose this hotel I'm in the LAX area on business, I still get my Hyatt Gold Passport credit, and the...

My wife and I spent the night here after returning to the mainland from Hawaii. For $155 we got an old hotel with stained hallway carpets, a dirty toilet bowl and no breakfast of any kind. We were very disappointed. We overnight at LAX frequently but will never return here. For a Hyatt property we were surprised.

Dear Frank T, I apologize that your stay here with us was not a memorable one after coming from the Island of Hawaii. Our hotel is older in fact it is was the first hotel built in the LAX area. This is not a real Hyatt folks. The rooms are very good my main issue was with the staff. It was challenging to say the least to gain any assistance to use the laundry. When we checked in their computer systems were down. That meant no wifi, no room key, (a Manager let us in our room). Two double beds in the room, a tube style TV, a very noisy air conditioning unit, very dated bathroom.... I could go on and on but you get the idea. Keep looking.
