Reception staff is very helpful, the family room (2 king beds) although big isn't great. No view - probably for any rooms. The hotel does not have a restaurant but has in-room dining - food provided by few restaurants with whom they have a tie-up. Breakfast is name-sake. It is within short walking distance from a 24 hr subway and...

Breakfast was horrible. We had to go to IHOP. Beds were uncomfortable. No storage space in room. No room service. I called room service for extra blankets. My wife and I had to pick them up at the front desk. I saw three Police helicopters flying nearby the hotel. This hotel is located in a very seedy area of Los...

Booked on very short notice. The receptionist was very friendly and helpful. The room was clean, new windows, new paint, new big screen TV, new mattresses. Free WIFI and fridge in the room. The furniture was old, needs upgrading. Breakfast is simple but filling (milk, cereal, waffles, coffee, juice). Good value for the money.

I spent 6 weeks in California and in that period of time I used a variety of hotels and motels. The room was spacious, clean and the facilities were great for the cost. The one thing that stood out was the positive attitude of the staff, their customer service was more like that of a much higher rated hotel. I...

I stayed in a one bedroom hotel room overnight. The area isn't the greatest, the view was honestly ugly but the room itself was very clean. Only downside was that the lighting was so dim and none of the lights in the room were bright expect for the one in the toilet room. Personally I think the price is way...

I booked this hotel for only one night because I needed to visit the Chinese consulate nearby early the next morning. I was sorely disappointed with the service at this hotel, I would give it nearly the lowest rating for service that I have encountered. Upon arrival I was met with an older Indian gentleman that was neither personable nor...

After a long flight from Tonga via Fiji to LA we arrived at this excuse for a hotel/motel and from the moment we got there the guy on reception was the one of the rudest people I've ever laid eyes on. We told him we had a booking to which he replied, "I tried your card and it was declined...

The whole hotel smells cigarettes. Even in a smoking free room. I had to switch rooms because of a too much cigarette smell in one of them. Sleep is good and quiet. Good shower. Breakfast is not really breakfast: bad coffee and WAFFLES WITH HONEY. Yes, that's it: Waffles and honey, forever and only. Ok for one day, but after...
