Beautiful hotel, fantastic staff with exemplary service. A lovely room but rather surprised at the lack of bathroom amenities. Other Intercontinental hotels have always had superb amenities - this place did not even offer a shower cap!

This hotel is in a great location, in a good area/suburb of Los Angles. The deluxe room is lovely and light with soft shades and extremely comfortable bed. The staff and services offered were extremely good. We dined at the hotel restaurant on two occasions and were very happy with the selection of food and wine. This hotel will be...

I got a killer deal on Priceline for this room. The hotel is in a business area so on the weekend it was very quite. Very close to Fox and CAA. It's about a 30 minute walk to Rodeo Drive. It was a 20 dollar uber ride from the airport. You could get to Weho or Westwood for around 10...

The InterContinental Los Angeles Century City is a superb property. Every aspect of the quality and service provided is top notch. As a long time member of the InterContinental Hotel Group (IHG), I almost always receive a free room upgrade upon check-in and free WI-FI is also included. I usually select the reservation that includes breakfast because the buffet breakfasts...

Pros : the food Very cute spot with fresh smelling flowers in the lobby and the food in the lobby area is so delicious. We stayed here for 2 nights and the room was very clean. Every aspect of hotel was perfect. Highly recommend staying at this hotel. It was a great location to get to different parts of the city. We will definitely be coming back in the future. Could not be happier with our stay.

This was a stellar hotel experience! The accommodating staff checked me in with my toddler and I was immediately brought a stroller and complimentary baby shampoos and lotions. Absolutely lovely room — of course, we were upgraded to a residential suite, so we enjoyed every detail! Comfortable beds with lovely fabrics, views of the pool and the stretch of LA...

A wonderful stay in a lovely hotel, I was surprised by the size of the rooms and enjoyed my view over the city from the balcony. The hotel bar had a fun atmosphere and the range of cocktails was impressive

The Intercontinental in Century City has been an icon for a long time, and is still a great property. The rooms are nice, the mattress is comfortable, and the amenities standard. But what really makes a stay there is the staff. From time you walk in, the staff greets you and tries to help (in a way that's not pushy...

The Intercontinental Hotel in Century City had been there for many years and maintains the highest standards as one would expect from an Intercontinental. Service is impacabal, facilities are well kept and maintained, the suits and rooms are just perfect, I could not have thought of anything that was missing there, and the location is perfect for any visit to...

“The only disappointment I had was the uncomfortable and sub-par casual chair which was in my room. No doubt, in this regard the hotel went for style over comfort. I was upgraded to a beautiful room with a large outdoor terrace, but when I wanted to watch the news or other television offerings the only casual chair in the room was of low quality and low comfort. Although this is a small thing to some people, for those who enjoy a quiet evening in, the comfort is diminished. If the room is occupied by a couple, well, adequate and comfortable casual seating is left wanting and adequate.”
