I stayed at this hotel for two nights during a business conference. Service and the quality of the room were impeccable. I stayed in an executive level King room so I had an incredible amount of space to myself. I joined friends and ate at the dining room one night....delicious! We enjoyed being driven back and forth to Rodeo Drive...

It was fantastic to experience a joyful and warm welcome with an immediate recognition of the Ambassador membership. The room was lovely and perfect for our graduation celebration. The staffs in the VIP lounge and the concierge were so kind and thoughtful!

This hotel service wise is great but at room service they gave a good portion of same bar menu item and at happy hour time they gave half the portion of the same and fool the customers. They receive the money on drinks and they should not do this un-professional thing to save few $. Otherwise rest of the things...

Hi Tom B, Thanks for posting a review about your stay at the Intercontinental Los Angeles Century City, CA. I am pleased to see the 5-star rating for the service provided by our hotel staff. I stayed at the InterContinental Los Angeles during a recent business trip, and while LA has so many fabulous hotels, I'll likely return to the InterContinental for my future trips. Everything was fantastic - service, rooms, food, everything. My room was beautiful and had a great work area. The bathrooms were large, clean, updated and well-stocked with great products. I...

I was informed the property was newly renovated and I can say everything was top-notch from staff, rooms, food, amenities and even views of the city. Close to Rodeo drive, shops, restaurants. Producers of "Modern Family" must have felt the same as they were filming one of their episodes when I checked in the first day. What a cool welcome...

I can't do an extensive review of this place as i checked in at 1am and out at 6.45am. On the same day. But, the hotel foyer was super classy and welcoming. The room was good solid size, and well appointed, although the view out on to a neighbouring car park wasn't ideal - but hey, i was only there...

This was our second stay. The hotel is excellent - easy access, and a great location in Century City. You'll need a car (as always in LA), but the location is good. The rooms are in excellent condition and well insulated from noise. The wifi is quick, room service is good. We had the sofa bed made up without problems...

On leisure trips, we typically stay in Intercontinental's. Of all of the properties we have stayed, this is one of the best. Staff was professional, and attentive. Rooms were clean, fresh, and roomy. The property is close to Beverly Hills, in Hollywood….With access to lots of sites and things to do. Despite the traffic, the trip from the airport was...

I stayed overnight for a meeting but the staff was very nice and welcoming. The decor in the lobby and the room was beautiful. The lobby even smelled nice! The turn down service was also a nice surprise when I returned to my room. I had a meeting in the conference facility and the dinner served was wonderful with a...
