Stayed for a business trip and hotel was good value for money in Los Angeles. Friendly staff and a really good restaurant. I would recommend it if you need a downtown LA hotel and don't want to spend a huge amount of money

This was a prime hotel at the location we needed for our annual business trip. worked out great. The amenities were really ideal and made for a convenient stay. The hotel is close to some really great restaurants for those late dinners after a long meeting. Given the location the price was very good.

dusty rooms due to the carpet flooring, noisy due single glazing even high floors. Lobby like movie set up for 1970's film. Prepare with antihistamine. Location ok if that is what you are looking for. Wifi worked well.

My daughter chose this hotel as the site of her wedding. They have a lovely Japanese garden area for pictures and a lovely, but small, garden area for the ceremony. It was the perfect size for her small wedding party. The food at the reception and wedding dinner was outstanding, chicken, beef and salmon with potatoes and a variety of...

The hotel is rated higher because of it's staff. They were friendly and helpful. The hotel is very 1980's a little run down but clean. The big issue is wifi. Why do we have to pay for it. Everywhere else it's free, even the taco trucks have free wifi. I'm an HH Honors member but because I booked this with...

Nothing extra ordinary about this place. It's in the heart of Downtown Los Angeles. The bill came to almost $250 for one night. Quite frankly, it was not worth it. The bed was comfortable, but other than that, not much to write home about. The rooms, especially the bathrooms, need upgrading. The area shuts down at night and it doesn't...

I had to come down for business and really enjoyed the stay. The rooms are very comfortable and room service is quite fast. Being that it's downtown Los Angeles I felt very safe and secure with their level of security in the building. The only downside I would say is the lack of diversity in their room service menu! Not...

We stayed over for 1 night only - before joining cruise ship at San Pedro port the next day. Hotel was a bit far away from port, but was the hotel supplied by travel company. Hotel & room very clean. Beds very comfy - slept really well. Reception staff gave us all freshly baked cookies when checking in, but didn't...

We stayed at this hotel at the beginning of January because we went to the Rose Bowl and wanted a place close to the Metro Gold Line. Union Station was a very short (10 minutes) walk from the hotel and perfect for our trip to Pasadena. The hotel itself is very nice with a lobby bar and restaurant located on...

$35.00/day additional to park. Internet an additional $9.99. Chipped furniture, Chipped bathtub (nice lobby though), hair in the bed. Expensive price. Staff was wonderful. Service great. I don't want to leave a bad review but must be honest.

Downtown Los Angeles is a busy metropolis of towering buildings, bustling streets, and industrial warehouses. There is a distinct multiplicity of cultures here with a growing influx of business professionals and hipsters. Many call the evolution of Downtown over recent years gentrification. New lofts, bars, hotels and restaurants are popping up regularly. Downtown is home to some of the very best restaurants in the city leading the LA foodie scene, plus it is the location of cultural and sports venues including the Walt Disney Concert Hall, the Staples Center, and the Coliseum at the University of Southern California.
