This is a great location and hotel for staying in downtown LA. I loved my stay because the bed was really comfy and place was really nice. I highly suggest staying here. One note: the hotel is on top of a tunnel which can be very confusing for taxis if they aren't familiar with the area FYI

Very positive experience. Staff friendly and polite. Front desk gave me inaccurate information on two occasions, so double check. Concierge fabulous, plus with accurate information. If using Uber, know that address of hotel doesn't show up on gps. Use address of museum next door.

I very much enjoyed my time at the Omni. The service was excellent at every corner and the place was very clean. I particularly enjoyed sitting outside on the patio with the fire at night as the atmosphere was very laid back and chique.

We planned a large scale event with close to 2000 guests, the catering team delivered a spectacular event. From the food & beverage to the arrival at the hotel I would say everything was 5 stars. The banquet rooms are perfectly situated close to the lobby and adjacent to the elevator and the 2 giant stair cases make it a...

The Omni is a high end hotel in downtown Los Angeles. The employees are polite, genuinely friendly and helpful. Spent a weekend there and felt truly pampered. Normally a $400+ a night hotel, I got a package deal cutting that in half. There are 2 restaurants in the hotel; one is the coffee shop variety and the other a very...

We were going to The Broad and chose the Omni at California Plaza. Turned out to be a great choice. The Broad is about a block walk. The Museum of Contemporary Art is even closer. Disney and other cultural venues are also within easy walking distance. Plus, the Omni has a great breakfast and lunch venue in its Grand Cafe....

I'm glad you enjoyed so many of our amenities and conveniently located attractions. Rick, our piano player, is very popular and has a loyal group of fans. I know he will be very happy to hear you appreciated his musical talents! Helen Simmons, General Manager

Let me start with my one complaint - $48 for overnight parking (no discount for hotel guests). To me anyone who pays to spend the night should get a discount on parking vs. people who just use the parking lot and don't stay here. That said, everything else was very good - the room was comfortable (well above average bedding),...

Saw great reviews and picked this hotel. Worst hotel experience of our lives! Omni downtown LA was terrible, unsanitary, and poorly run. No microwaves. Semen all over the room. Disgusting. Rude staff who lie!

Great hotel in a perfect downtown location. Virtually next to MOCA, Disney Center and the Broad (which don't miss, reserve tickets well in advance), as well as many other City attractions. Very quiet. Large, nicely appointed rooms. Good views fro room. Attentive staff. Food at all the restaurants was good, but pricey. Try food in the adjacent courtyard, excellent and...

Hotel was picked by our travel agent as a pre cruise stopover. Very friendly and helpful staff. The rooms are very similar to most hotels in the same category but ours only had one Queen size bed. Watch out for the wifi charge of $9:95 per day which in this day and age should not be "an extra" but a...

Downtown Los Angeles is a busy metropolis of towering buildings, bustling streets, and industrial warehouses. There is a distinct multiplicity of cultures here with a growing influx of business professionals and hipsters. Many call the evolution of Downtown over recent years gentrification. New lofts, bars, hotels and restaurants are popping up regularly.
