This wasn't quite the visit I was expecting. Pros: Good location, the rooms were clean and comfortable and the cafe made the best tea in the I had while in the States. Cons: The hotel looks really fresh and hip online and while it does have modern touches it just feels dark, tired and worn out. We were there for 5...

Dear pamela6719, Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback from your recent stay. I want to first apologize for the challenges you experienced not only with the noise but the lack of customer service you encountered. Please know, this is not how a hotel of our standards wishes to operate and it is evident that we failed...

Booked this on a recommendation from a friend and it's the kind of hotel I would have loved in my 20's - not so much in my 30's. I thought location was pretty good in Koreatown - it's a nice clean area and in between a few good areas. The price was also reasonable for LA. The decor looks pretty...

One of the coolest hotel I ever stay in. The room was really comfortable with a cool view to the city where we can see the streets and room from your bed but you have also a control of the sheer and blackouts to adjust how much you can see. The whole hotel is based on details and that makes...

The rooms are small but very comfy. The beds are perfect and facing the window which in my case provided a fantastic view over the city, palm trees and the Hollywood Hills. I would definitely stay here again when in the area. The restaurant is like a greenhouse scenery and food is very good and the staff all friendly. Totally...

Dear Marty S, Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback from your recent stay. We do acknowledge this has been done for you in the past, since our Cafe is not open at the time of request, so it goes without saying how terribly sorry we are to hear how a simple request went without urgency. We...

I loved the esthetics, from the common places to the room, but was less enchanted with user friendliness . Turning on the lights in the room required turning on my iPone's flashlight to find the phone in the room to get instructions from the receptionist to find the tiny button to the left of the switch on this or that...

Stayed here for one night. Booked the room on the hotel website and got a 20% discount, upgrade (hill view), and $25 to spend on food and drinks at the hotel. I found the hotel well situated on the edge of downtown, at an easy driving distance from the airport, West Hollywood and Beverly Hills, in the heart of Korea...

Modern hotel, tiny and expensive room Party goes hard all night long, hotel gets noisy and crowded. Must be a great place for single ou couple stay. Definitely not for family with kids. Brunch at Comissary is amazing, extremely pleasant place, excelent food. Would come back for brunch. Maybe single business trip. Not family trip.

If you like old style, overdecorated, stiff hotels don't visit. If you like contemporary, sleek, cool places to eat and hang out, this is thee place. We had a suite on the 10:th floor with extra inflatable beds for the kids, worked a charm. Wonderful staff, good food and all the amenities you could ask for. Highly recommended!

Spent three nights in 7th floor room on Wilshire side. Really liked the bare concrete walls and other design elements in the room, especially the bed facing the window -- which looked out to business buildings across the boulevard and a sliver of sky. Furniture and design is cool and stylish. Noise: Earplugs are a *must* on the street side....
