Recently spent two nights at this Hilton property and had a great stay. Had a room on the 22nd floor (executive) with a fab view. Included a continental breakfast which was very adequate. Service throughout the property was terrific. There is a shuttle to Universal which was very convenient although it is an easy walk. The room was very nice...

Look, beggers cant be choosers. This hotel may need some work here and there but over all it was a great stay for my husband and I. There was a little bit of a leak, not sure if it was coming from AC or when we showered but we noticed the carpet did have a bit of a wet spot...

I did a lot of research to find the best hotel to stay at while we went to Universal Studios. It is a great location, but the rooms are not clean and the level of customer service of the management is appalling. Most of the staff is helpful and our check-in was smooth. However, the bellman ripped us off and...

I would give this hotel a rating of 5, but we lost our hot water on our last morning there. Very conveniently close to Universal. Food is good, but pricey. Very clean compared to other hotels near by.

So I will start with the positive. Pros: - Truly walking distance to Universal Studios. Many places claim to be and aren't, this is honestly an easy 5-10 minute walk. - Clean! - Nice beds and linens. - Surprisingly nice pool. Given where it is, I was surprised that when at the pool, all you see are trees and the...

Great exec room with views to die for! The Buffet Restaurant was amazing, priced high but worth it for my hubby, However on the opposite I am veggie and didn't have as many options so perhaps not value for me. Perfectly located to access Universal Studios either via foot or on very short bus trip. Room were clean, spacious and...

Very friendly, efficient, professional staff. Clean spacious room. Minutes walk to Universal Studios. Loved the pool area. We didn't eat at the hotel restaurant as there are many nearby restaurant at City Walk. I recommend that you sign up for the Hilton Rewards Program to access free wifi and other benefits.

This is the first review I have ever written but I was so rudely treated this past week that I just felt I should say something. One of the managers at the HILTON Universal City, LA (Jolanda – she even went so far as to cover her name-tag w/her hand so that I/we could not see her full name). My...
