Can't beat this location! We checked in the night before and spent the whole next day in the park. Had dinner in City Walk, and checked out the next day. It was perfect. Pre-purchased a ride from airport to hotel and saved money on parking and car rental. Not really necessary because everything was accessible from the hotel. Going to...

The hotel was under construction and disorganized. When I attempted to do a digital check in, the app didn't work for a digital key and the choice of where your room would be didn't have much relevance unless you have stayed at the hilton. The breakfast buffet is not worth the $30 per person price.

We enjoyed our stay here. Although there is lobby construction, check in was smooth and staff were friendly. We paid extra for executive floor and continental breakfast. The room was great. Room 2255 has view of Hollywood Hills and pool. It was great. Noise was minimal. The room was somewhat plain but spacious. The bed and pillows were very comfortable....

Great location to the Studio - about 10 mins walk. Rooms are of good size as well and amenities sufficient. Beds as expected are comfortable. Although hotel is under going renovation, it is minimal inconvenience to me/my family as we are out most part of the day. Breakfast spread including hot food is sufficient to fill the stomach but I...

Clean room. The best bed and linens I've ever had in a hotel. Friendly staff. We had a very comfortable stay. Plus, it's directly across the street from universal studios so you basically walk for 5 minutes and you're there.

This hotel was amazing and you can't get any close to Universal Studios. They have a free shuttle to the park although I honestly think it is quicker to walk. The walk takes under 5 minutes. The service was exceptional and the food was outstanding.

As a Hilton Honors Diamond member, I was disappointed in the lack of benefits. When I inquired about a Diamond upgrade, I was told I would be in a "recently refreshed" room, no Executive Floor, corner room, or suite. The Diamond breakfast is only cold food and guests must pay a surcharge for the full buffet. The only real amenity...

Room was smart and clean with a great view of the theme park, check in and restaurant staff were friendly. Food was good and location is handy - although still a little walk to the theme park. Would recommend anyone visited the park to stay here.

We arrived at around 10am directly from the airport after a 14-hour flight. The plan was to drop our luggage off and explore Universal Studios until check-in later that day, but once we arrived we were tired and eager to settle into our room asap. Michelle at the front desk took pity on us and went above and beyond to...
