If given the choice, I would not stay here again. There was construction in the lobby and service was slow. Check in lines were long at times and elevators did not work at least twice. Great distance to Universal Studios and breakfast was a plus. Pool and hot tub area need a face lift next.

We sincerely apologize for the current lobby renovation and we expect it will be complete by January 20. We had a full house last week and unfortunately with the temporary desk set-up, we do not have room for more than 4 stations. I will share your review with our team and I hope there is a way to regain your...

Linda. Front desk, was great. We arrived mid morning and knew our room was not available. She pre-registered us, helped us check our bags with the bell person and we were on our way for the day. The room was ready on our return in the late afternoon. The room was very clean and spacious with a great view over...

Really great service and hotel. They were doing some remodeling so that made it harder but it will probably look great when they are done because it is nice now. Wish they haf a really big Christmas tree.

Hotel staff was very nice! Room was comfortable and loved that it was on the main level so there wasn't an elevator wait ever! Check-in and out were efficient and although it was under construction that didn't hinder our stay in the slightest. Easy on site parking and valet as well. Directly across fro mUniversal Studios so an excellent spot...

We stayed at the Universal City Hilton Hotel for the holidays for 3 nights. Great hotel, convenient to Universal Studios. It was raining so we took the complimentary shuttle to the park. Had their breakfast buffet which was excellent and a great way to start off the day. Hotel room was spacious with a large bathroom and very comfortable beds....

Exterior reflective glass is timeless. But the rooms must have been recently remodeled and they were remodeling the lobby while we were there. Walking distance to Universal Studios. Good breakfast. But nonplussed by the $10 surcharge for Diamond Members.

A relaxed getaway with teenage kids, no washing up with a feast at an amazing price to cover everyone's expectations. This hotel had GREAT comfortable rooms, room service, staff & facilities but do book a head as the location is opposite universal studios so the rooms go fast in the peak seasons I would say it's reasonable priced but still...

Stayed over for New Years Eve just to do something different and out of our hometown.
