Hotel's Favourite
I remember the gentleman at the front desk from the last time we stayed there. That's a good sign when the employees are satisfied enough with the job and management to stay. Our room this time was even better than last time because we didn't have an upstairs, so there wasn't noise from people above. It's a beautiful hotel.

Excellent service. Upon check in I noticed the two rooms we booked were not near each other. The front desk immediately took care of it and we were put in adjacent rooms right next to the pool on the first floor. The room service and restaurant were out of our price range, but there are several lower cost offerings within walking distance. We had rooms with two full size beds. The rooms were a good size, but the bathroom was a little tight. The beds were like sleeping on clouds and the heat-a/c worked like a charm. Rooms felt very private.

I stayed here a couple of nights for a business trip and had a wonderful stay!! The housekeeping and desk staff were all so accommodating and friendly that I felt right at home. They went to great lengths to set up my room in an accessible way and ensure that I had everything I needed, which I am incredibly thankful for. On top of that, the rooms were clean and comfortable, and the breakfast was excellent. Will definitely be returning to this hotel again when I am back in the area!!

We havecstayed here a few times, this visit was during the pandemic so we did take that into account. Dont think the room was very clean, my wife actually cleaned the room with disinfectant wipes to be safe.

I understand we are in a COVID situation, but I was disappointed with several small things:
Stayed for two night, but room was not cleaned after 1st night - staff finally cam to empty trash after I requested it. The room got a bit sticky cuz we had to eat our takeout in the room. The spicy food left a pungent odor.
Found a dead cockroach on the bath
Horrible lighting in bathroom
Cheap uncomfortable room furniture
But that cockroach - yuck!

Everything was fantastic! The staff, the food, the look and feel.
I wish I knew his name, but there was a waiter for breakfast who was always attentive with Coffee and water! He was so kind, and wanted to do a great job. He really made the experience that much better for me, and I hope he's treated well there!

Staff was friendly ,great restaurant and food. I would highly recommend to staff to take care of the pool area as this is a big attraction for many when they travel. Not having a working pool and spa was a real disappointment. Luckily we were able to visit nearby beaches to get our water time in. I do want to thank the staff for being so kind it was a great stay. But please talk to your management about the pool hope it’s in service on my next visit.

Very nice hotel! Friendly staff. Rooms are clean and having the little fridge, hair dryer, magnifying mirror etc etc helps. The breakfast at the restaurant was very good and fresh, the attentive staff was very friendly.

Lackluster experience
Requested a quiet room not near an elevator. That’s exactly where they put me. Keys never worked

Just needed a couple of days rest and relaxation. This hotel was excellent for that. The staff was welcoming and friendly. The room was very clean and quiet, and the bathroom was clean and spacious.
The on-site restaurant, however, had very limited hours, especially for the weekend, so I didn't get to try that. Fortunately, there are several dining options and a Starbucks within walking distance.
