Clean, spacious, friendly hotel. Great location in Koreatown and near Wilshire Boulevard. We had a problem the first night with our room on the fifth floor being very noisy, near some machinery on the roof. The staff moved us into a quieter room without hesitation, even moving all of our luggage for us whilst we were out for the day,...

I booked the room because it looked to be a clean and decent hotel near my desired location without being too expensive. Check in was easy, the valet was nice and the parking is secured. The rooms are old but nice and pretty updated. Most all of the doors open out in lieu of in which was strange to get...

Why are you here was the question I got from korean guests. Did not know this was a hotel only for koreans. The room had a strange smell. Also there was a pubic hair on the toilet seat starring at me right when I opened the door I cleaned it myself so I could feel better about using the restroom....

Quiet and peaceful, and efficient housekeeping, however, indifferent attitude of front desk supervisor. Also, deceptive advertising. Free breakfast is only for corporate reservation only. They don't like reservation by travel website.

Staying at the Oxford Palace Hotel is like staying in Korea. You only think you are in LA. Newspapers, instructions on the AC and other things are in Korean. No number 4 on the elevator. Everyone speaks English and is very nice. The room is pretty standard but has two very nice chairs and a large bathroom. Coffee pot provided...

Although hotel is located in populated and busy Korea town area. rooms are very clean, comfortable bath rooms, hotel staff is friendly and courteous. Also serves free eight or nine Korean breakfast in main restaurant, and Western breakfast in coffee shop in second floor. If travelers prefer Asian meal for breakfast, lunch or dinner, this is real good place to...

I'd like to thank hotel manager, James Jung, for being understanding and giving me a full refund when a mistake was discovered with my booking. It shows they care about customer satisfaction. I wish every business was like this. :-) I'm looking forward to staying here soon.

Thinking about the price, the hotel is just above average. If you're Korean, you will probably like it. My room condition was o.k. but it seems a bit outdated. If you'd like to book a room for this hotel, you should do so on the hotel homepage. If you book through their homepage, they give you free breakfasts for up...

People complain about the dumbest things. Yes, the door opens into the hallway. Who cares. Yes, the bathroom gets a bit warm as there is no fan. So prop it open with the trash basket. I will agree that the air conditioner, which was very good in our room, does blow directly on you if you are closest to that...

We stayed there in January of 2015. It is in the heart of the Korean area. It would have been nice to eat in the hotel but they had a very limited Asian menu. The rooms was very spacious and clean but the beds were very uncomfortable. We had two rooms, 337 and 336. 336 was in inside facing room...
