We recently stayed at this hotel as a family group, and after a long day of travel the bright and cozy rooms with the ocean view were a beautiful and serene refuge. Service is very accommodating and attentive. The rooms are an example of understated,...More
Right on the beach in the most amazing part of the world. Perfection in every way. Staff was attentive but not too attentive. Great people all around. I love this place and hope to be back many many times.

Dear Bashsara65 - Thank you so much for the kind remarks! We're so thrilled to hear what a wonderful time you had and we really look forward to welcoming you back again soon!
At the last minute, the Mrs. and I were looking for a nearby spot for a weekend staycation. We are partial to the ocean, and had considered the usual spots in Santa Monica. On a whim, we gave Malibu Beach Inn and try, and we...More
Everything was perfect starting with the attention at the front desk until the coziness of the room. This was probably the best beach getaway we had. And the proximity to the beach and the tides was fascinating. We turned the fire place on every night...More
Great location, excellent staff, and wonderful Ocean Views. The Malibu Beach Inn never fails to impress, the rooms are very clean, the cocktails and food very moorish. They certainly seem to be getting it right, as people keep coming time and time again.
The Malibu coastline is like a chameleon. In some areas it resembles the French Riviera with its lush, green hillsides descending into crescent-shaped shorelines. In others, it feels 100% Southern Californian with beaches wide and flat as a football field, and often crowded with beach-goers lounging on towels and playing volleyball. Other coastlines still feel secluded, tucked under tall cliffs and dotted
with stunning rock formations. In certain areas, where the ocean waves are just right, surfers can be seen bobbing in the water. Up in the mountains to the east hikers take in truly stunning views of the ocean and the sprawling Los Angeles landscape. And along Pacific Coast Highway, restaurants are filled with visitors and locals from all walks of life. Stumble into the right place at the right time, and you’ll likely encounter a celebrity.
