We stayed for a week from 11/20-11/27,2016 due to a death in family at Milbrae. Ms. Anna Page, Front Desk Supervisor, checked us in and gave us a complete lists of what we need for the week and assured us that our stay will be a comfortable one. She told us to let her know if we need anything from...

This is a nice boutique hotel real close to SFO airport. The only issue we had was the airport shuttle didn't pick us up on our way into the hotel, and was running late on our way back to the airport..So just be sure to request and reconfirm your shuttle service with the front desk! The rooms are clean and...

Needed 1 night stay prior to a meeting in Oakland - wanted free SFO shuttle, free wifi, safe, comfortable room and easy access to BART the next morning... The Dylan provided it all! Hotel rooms have recently been upgraded to a boutique style room - lobby area was still being remodeled - due to that - hotel provided breakfast coupon...

They ripped off my deposit and refuse to pay it back. After repeatedly asking them for my refund, they refused, even when I produced my confirmation that said nothing about a pre-pay. They are thieves and do not patronize them

We have stayed here four times now on our way in and out from Maui. Efficient , timely shuttle service, a decent breakfast, clean rooms and a good desk staff make it a great place to stay overnight for a connecting flight the next day. Will definitely stay here again when we travel.

The hotel is close to SFO and offers a complimentary shuttle which arrived promptly. The rooms are a little dated but comfortable and decent sized for the price. The location is out of the way for a city stay but recommend if you only need a night or two max. for stopping over. The hotel is a 2 minute walk...

One stop on BART from the airport this is a great alternative to the more expensive hotels around the airport. The free shuttle picks you up and delivers you right to the lobby (currently being remodeled). BART is right across the street which is convenient but if you are going to East Bay check the schedule. You may need to...

Normally we would be delighted to be in SF, but not when stranded there by (name and expletive deleted) airline. Given that we were supposed to be in Hawaii, we were a bit cranky. But this place is quite a find. It is an old motel, but our room had some lovely touches (like very cool reading lights) and fabulous...

Regular shuttles took us from SFO to and from the hotel making for an easy transfer. The hotel is an updated motor inn (think old Travelodge) with outside walkways to the rooms. The rooms themselves are renovated nicely and they were in the middle of updating the exterior in August 2016. Breakfast is included and typical with pastries, yogurt, and...

The rooms are spacious, clean and comfortable with a little art accent with decorations. The hotel is also very close to the BART systems which allows for easy access to the city. It is an easy walk to the station.

They offer free parking for your night of stay; however, no car is necessary as they are within 100 yards of the Millbrae BART (rapid transit)/Caltrain station-your gateway to San Francisco and the Silicon Valley. Their modern all American made furniture adds a touch of sophistication to their room design and unlike most hotels, they've incorporated ample USB ports and electrical outlets into every headboard and desk as they know the importance of staying connected to loved ones and colleagues. Their stunning new bathrooms feature spacious showers with imported Spanish porcelain tile, frameless glass shower doors and relaxing rain showerheads.
