Spent a few days visting friends in Monterey and wanted to stay somewhere affordable. This lodge (enter the rooms from the outside like a motel) was clean and comfortable. Reminded me of the Holiday Inn's we stay at in the 1970's when I traveled with my family as a kid, There is a beautiful park directly across the street where...

It was lots of fun a great location where you can walk around see the town also cool rooms and 2 beds in each room let me say this it's the best hotel I've ever seen for only 89$ a night although the wifi was not too good but what ever it's a vacation! one of the better stops so...

We are staying here for 3 nights but before we even checked in, the service & friendliness has been EXCEPTIONAL! We thought we were booked one night in advance of our actual booking & when we showed up & were told we were a day early - even though tell lodge was booked solid the front desk attendant called around...

This hotel was clean and provided very comfortable beds. The bathroom was very basic and very small, plenty of hot water. overall we managed and it was priced right for our budget in a town that was very busy and asking very high prices for accom at the time due to the golf tournament. We were not keen on having...

We stayed a night on our trip to San Francisco. The front staff is extremely friendly and helpful. If you are looking for a place close to the wharf and for an affordable price this is your choice! We did not try the restaurant as we had a late snack at the In-N-Out burger close by. If you have time...

Stayed at this property for five days and found the management very knowledgeable, supportive. The rooms are clean. They have slider doors and fireplaces. They staff helped advise on this to do, places to eat, and there is a restaurant right next and attached to the lodge. It is very nice place to stay.

Very simple, basic hotel but has everything you need-toiletries,frig,micro,coffee,cocoa packets ,tv and the beds were super comfy. They have a quiet policy as well - we were there New Years Eve and other than hearing a few people talking early in the morning there was no rowdy guests. They have a decent looking pool and hot tub as well. Cafe onsite...

We saw a great deal for a "Queen room with a view" so we booked here expecting a good deal for the season. We come to Monterey often and have stayed at a few different places now. We are getting exactly what the discounted price is worth. False advertising. We were put in a small room with the smallest "queen"...

Nice stop over. Clean and simple. We were there in December so didn't use pool. Rooms were quite small but got adjoining rooms for the children. Good location on the edge of town but walking distance to LouLous breakfast and beach.

Four of us stayed on a quick trip down to Monterey and Carmel. Clean, quiet, great location and loved the ability get obtain a nice cross draft. Enjoyed sitting in the sun watching kids play in the pool.
