There are no rooms on the ground floor in the main building, there are two or maybe three rooms in other buildings including one on the ground floor called the Garden Cottage. It's about a 20 minute walk to Fisherman's Wharf, approximately 1 mile; there's a slight hill as you're returning to the Inn from the water, particularly the last 50 yards.
