We stayed here 5th Oct. for five nights. We checked in O.K. The guy on the desk was polite and very helpful. We booked in advance, a two queens bed room. On checking in, we were upgraded free, to a bigger room. Still with two queen beds, but with separate bedrooms and balcony, giving us more space. This was a really good upgrade, more like a suite. Two flat screen tvs. a fridge/microwave/coffee maker, lots of storage for our luggage, a good size clean bathroom, with clean towels daily. Our room was away from the main highway, where there was road construction, so no noise for us, we both slept well in the two comfy beds with comfy pillows. The breakfast room was clean, with enough tables to sit at. The food was adequate, cereals/bread/yogurt/omelette/sausage patty/waffles/coffee etc. Enough to set us up till after lunch. The motel is a three minute drive from the freeway, and a short five min. drive to downtown. There are restaurants within walking distance, along with a few gas stations. Overall, we had a really comfortable stay.

Could be cleaner. the floors left my barefeet black. I stayed in a smoking room and i dont smoke. it was very decent. I didnt smell the smoke. I mean I slept well and the breakfast was nice but the other people staying at the hotel werent very kind. People would stare at you and there was a problem with my card. I recommend bringing two forms of payment in case you don't have enough on the original card you chose to pay with. I think it's a pretty good place to stay.

Terrible motel, not very clean, rude staff when I called about my double charge!!!!!
Paid cash on check out and they still charged my Visa card.
Trying to get them to credit full amount back.
Very rude staff member when I called about problem.
Would not recommend this place to my worst enemy.
Don't stay at this motel unless you are desperate for a room.

Probably one of the worst experiences I have ever had, if not the worst. I will never stay at another Quality Inn.We had had an exhausting day and my children were awakened by the front desk calling to see if we wanted housekeeping the following day after 9 PM. Who does that? Apparently these people do. Staff was the rudest I have ever met. I had just come from a wonderful experience at a hotel in Roseville. So they really suffer in comparison.Check-in was horrible, as was check-out.We checked out early because it was so bad. Uncomfortable, and housekeeping takes a really really long time to clean. Blocked our door for hours working on another couple of rooms. Guess that is why they wanted to know if they could skip our room. Don't stay here.

CHECK IN EXPERIENCE:
We prepaid a month in advance through Priceline for a Queen Room. We arrived late at night (I called ahead to verify that late check-in is ok) only to find that Queen Rooms were no longer available. The overnight staff called Priceline and after an hour of back and forth, we discovered that the Quality Inn manager (Arceli Gamboa) had canceled our reservation that day. Priceline stated that they did not tell her to cancel the reservation, but tried to find us an available room for a comparable price in the area. There weren't any.

The only rooms left at the Quality Inn were King Suites for more than double the price we had prepaid. We were tired, so we had no choice but to pay for the King Suite. Our prepaid amount was not honored, so we had to pay for a 2nd room, full price!

Multiple staff members mentioned to us during our stay that this kind of thing happens a lot and that they once had to relocate 50 guests due to overbooking.

We tried to reach the manager (Arceli) each day of our stay, but she was always not available and only communicated with us through the front desk staff. We kept being told that this is Priceline's fault, not Quality Inn's.

CHECK OUT EXPERIENCE:
Upon check out, we were given a print out stating that we hadn't paid. We had all ready been charged at check in and verified this with our bank. We were told that an updated receipt would be mailed to us to show that the balance is 0, but they forgot. We had to call to remind them to send the updated receipt.

Other customers checking out seemed to be having similar issues with their booking. I overhead one guy mention an issue with his prepaid reservation as we were leaving.

We asked to speak to the manager (Arceli) one more time before we left, but again she was not available. We were told she would contact us later, but all she did was send us a generic email stating that the fault is with Priceline and not with her/Quality Inn. And because of that, she would not refund anything for our stay or for our trouble.

I am appalled that Arceli, who canceled our reservation (whether it was her fault or not), did not bother to call us or speak to us in person.

THE ROOM:
The room itself was fine and what you'd expect at a Quality Inn, however, the ceilings are very thin. We didn't sleep well because you could hear every step the guests above us made. I used ear plugs during our 2nd night and could still hear loud noises through the ceiling.
