What an amazing view of the Rock and the boats coming through the harbor. The unit has everything you need to cook for four :) I will return here as often as possible. By far the best place to stay in Morro Bay!!

This place is really on the water! We have gone here every year for quite awhile. I bring the whole family and take the two ground floor rooms. They have private decks that connect and are right over the bay. I have shown the grand kids a star fish on the rocks right from our deck. We have watched seals...

We love this place! We have stayed several times in the past, but we hadn't been there in a while. So, we went back and stayed for 3 nights in March. It's a small place - there are only 3 rooms - and it's really more like an apartment than a hotel. But the rooms are all large. All units...

In Morro Bay, we spent the night at Gray's Inn, a family owned and operated bayfront inn and art gallery that features work from multiple central coast artists, and of course the unmistakable style of beautiful paintings and prints produced by the late local artist Robert Gray. The inn has 3 units and we stayed in the upstairs 'C' unit....

A real find. A small place with large rooms, kitchenette with good appliances (and they supply coffee), comfortable bed, good easy chairs, and a large private balcony that is right on the waterfront on the bay. Perfect view of the rock and boats out front. Only noise at night was a bit from the seals. Price ($149 plus tax in...

We've been staying at Gray's Inn for years and it's always a delight. New owner/manager Todd is helpful, responds instantly to phone/email queries. One of the nice aspects of the Inn is its location at the south end of the business section of the Embarcadero, which means it's quiet. And, for those who enjoy kayaking, there's a kayak rental right...

This was my 3rd time here, and I have never been disappointed. My new philosophy is that if I am going to Morro Bay, I want to stay on the water. That is what makes this place so special. Todd will make sure that you have everything that you need and was very helpful. I found it difficult to watch...

We found this place completely by accident on our extended road trip from San Diego to San Fran. We stopped in Morro Bay at the end of a long day of driving and looked around at the other hotels. Most are not on the water and most didn't have balconies - not inspiring in such a beautiful location. While pondering...

Nice stay in unit C upstairs. Perfect for us for a quick getaway. The view from the deck is excellent. We had our coffee on the deck this morning and watched the seals go by as the tide came in.....great. Accommodations were nice, not fancy. Definitely worth the money.
