We stayed here for one night on a trip to Oregon. The office personnel were great, friendly and helpful. We had a little cabin with a bathroom. It was very tiny, but for one night it was doable. However, the room had a really bad mildew smell that made me a bit sick all night. Looking closely at the floor...

KOA campgrounds were all created years ago before big rigs. They are not designed for tall and long rigs towing cars. Although this campground has full hookups and a pool, it only has wi-fi at the office and no cable TV. KOAs are always one of the most expensive campgrounds at which to stay but sometimes they are the only...

We are new RV'ers. After driving several miles and hours we were looking forward to some relaxing and rest. When we arrived the office staff was very friendly and helpful. They made sure we knew what was available in the park. We didn't use the pool or the showers but from walking around it looked to be in good order....

Came during July, 2015 as part of a West Coast camping road trip with my family. It was hot so the pool at the KOA was nice and cool to get out of the heat. The sites are nicely spaced. The KOA is just a couple of minutes from downtown Mt Shasta City. This KOA is a decent enough place...

Do not usually think of KOA when I have a tent. This KOA had a large, separate, forested area just for tents. Was secluded, quiet and yet close enough to walk to the bathroom, rec center and pool. Clean bathrooms, and free showers. Good price for tenting. Adorable town.

Nice clean and close to town. But the train tracks run next to the camp ground and you can feel the ground move and it sounds like you are going to get run over by the trains that seem to pass by all night long. I guess if you stay in town you might feel the same way. I do...

The facilities are very good accept for the cable tv which provides many channels but generally snowy. I understand that this problem may be isolated to only a few sites and is being addressed. (I stayed in my travel trailer.) The WiFi can also be spotty. BUT the campground is always well groomed and the bathroom/showers are very clean. The...

Really nice campground- I have never met nicer staff and so helpful. We were going to go to Shasta caverns and I was going to pay to take the boat over and wait for my family as the tour would have been to much for my poor knees. The KOA girl told me a much nicer and free place to...

My family of 4 stopped here on our way home from our road trip. We wanted warmth and a pool. The weather was nice, the pool was small and as cold as Lake Siskiyou. Burr! The RV spots are ok. Our spot didn't have a picnic table an we were located right next to a mobile home park. A train...

Stayed here with friends for 3 nights in a deluxe cabin. It was small but clean and needed some attention as the blinds were all ripped up and so on. For the price of 143.00 a night I thought it to be overpriced for sure. The grounds were clean but very close together on the sites not only for cabins...
