This is our first real bnb on this trip. It has two buildings and we are in the one behind the main one that's not shown in the picture on the booking site. Booked Kirkley's Retreat as it's the least expensive. The room is on the second floor, has two entrances, one through the front and one on the side...

The location was great, just a short walk downtown. We got a nice welcome and the information provided was great. The room was clean and exactly as the description. I loved the candle light breakfast, excellent quality and generous portions!

We enjoyed our stay at the Napa Inn. It rained while we were there so we didn't get to experience any of the common areas outside. The room was comfortable with all needed amenities. The breakfast was wonderful. The two young women who greeted us at breakfast were personable and helpful. When we returned in the afternoon, one of the...

Spent 5 nights in late October. We found it clean, convenient and the hot breakfasts were home-cooked and really excellent. We had two rooms for two couples and we all really enjoyed our stay. It was a little too cool to use our outdoor hot tub, but I'm certain we would have enjoyed it. It was very convenient to downtown...

We stayed here Thursday to Sunday Morning. Each morning, a wonderful breakfast greeted us. I'm sure the high nightly rate was due to the prime season but I just have a hard time paying this much for a room and enjoying it. Staying in Little Miss Tessa's room was ok considering you had to lug your luggage up a steep...

We booked the Chesney Suite for 2 nites, billed as a two bedroom suite. There were 3 of us. This was total misrepresentation. There were two rooms, no separate living area; a small sofa in one of the bedrooms does not count as a suite. 2nd bedroom only had a day bed. to add insult to injury I was charged...

Sorry to see that you were disappointed. Perhaps if you had mentioned your dissatisfaction when I was talking to you at breakfast then we could have then done something to help, you joked about bringing bacon (but you did not) I remember telling you we do offer meat in our menu, it just didn't happen to be the day you...

We had a nice stay at this bed and breakfast but felt it was over priced. The room was nice and the breakfast was good. very friendly staff and walking distance to town made our stay pleasant. Staying on a second floor made it hard to transport luggage up the narrow staircase.

I have stayed in B&B's for half the price and had a better room, and better breakfast. I guess it is the location. Stayed in Tessa's room, watch the bed, the frame sticks a good six inches beyond the mattress, easy to jam a toe of smash a shin if not careful. Excellent location close to town. Good parking between...

Sorry you felt it was overpriced. This is peak season with it also being Harvest/Crush time as well, we keep our rates comparable to other Inns in close proximity to downtown Napa. Yes we are not a Budget Motel, we are a Bed & Breakfast, which includes a full gourmet breakfast, port & sherry, an array of cheeses and crackers...

Beautiful house, landscaping, rooms and great food. Very accesible and close to downtown NAPA. The staff is very attentive, professional and very knowledgeable about sightseeing and all wineries in the area. A very country inn and very nice bed and breakfast lodging.

Service and staff were very attentivel. The breakfasts were delicious--so much so that I asked for some of the recipes, which they were happy to give. Our room was very cute but small with its claw foot tub. A cheese platter with cookies was available every afternoon. There was also a wine tasting on Friday evening. Coffee , tea, water,...
