We come from a land of hotels and motels and the fast paced life style of the 4th largest city in the USA. We had heard so much about B&Bs from my sister but had always resisted. Finally we decided to try a B&B for a few days in front of a week's stay in Lake Tahoe. To the internet...

A few months ago I was browsing the internet, looking for a good B & B in Napa to stay at for our 25th anniversary. After looking at several other websites, I found Old World Inn's site - and we were glad we did! Upon arrival, we were greeted by Vic and shown our beautiful room, Chocolat. Four nights later,...

We stayed in the Walden Cottage and had an excellent stay. We really enjoyed the cottage, fire place and watching movies on the oversized screen in bed. The breakfast was good, as were the afternoon wine and cheese set up and evening desserts. We would definitely stay here again if in Napa.

We stayed at the Inn while Bed and Breakfast hopping in and around Napa and Sonoma Counties. While the city of Napa (where the Old World Inn is located) is south of many of the better wineries and restaurants in Napa County, we absolutely loved this Bed and Breakfast. The hosts were extremely nice and helpful. Our room (La Biblioteca)...

This was our first experience at a bed and breakfast, and we were SO IMPRESSED with the inn! Upon check-in, we felt welcomed like we were old friends with the innkeepers. We helped ourselves to the fresh baked cookies and cucumber-lemon water before being shown our room. We stayed in the Chocolat room for our six year anniversary, and it...

This was our first stay at a B&B and our first time in Napa. When we pulled up to the Old World Inn, we quickly realized that we were in for a treat! The friendly and knowledgable staff was always there with a smile and a recommendation for where to eat and drink. Our room (La Biblioteca) was our own...

we visited the old world inn on August 6-8th as part of a week-long 25th anniversary trip to san francisco primarily based on recommendations from the internet, trip advisor and by looking at the old world's webpage. We arrived at 11 and although our room wasn't ready yet (check-in wasn't till 3) they were kind enough to check us in...

Walking up the front steps of the Old World Inn and being greeted by smiling faces, immediately put me at ease. Joy happily gave us the tour and showed us all the amentities. All I could think was that, "I am done with hotels." We followed Joy upstairs to our room. As we climbed the stairs, hearing the steps creak...
