The staff was friendly, but their appearance was very unprofessional. They honestly looked a little sketchy. No uniforms (which is somewhat of a safety issue as anyone could come in off the street and present themselves as an employee), men that looked like thugs, several people with large visible tattoos. That really took me aback, as we stayed here a...

We arrived a little early and they made sure we could check in then. We found a nice place to park and carried up our things to the room. I am always checking for how clean things are. I walked into the bathroom and found black mold. I took pictures on my cell and went to the front desk. The...

The pictures of this place make it look like a bright, recently remodeled hotel. But the reality is the the rooms are dark and the furniture is worn and chipped. The doors have a full inch gap under them so sound from the hallway is still loud in your room. The breakfast is terrible. Butter and cream cheese that should...

This hotel was formerly a Best Western Premier property but sometime during summer 2016 it became independent. One of the employees told me they are in the process of upgrading and it will eventually be more of a boutique hotel. They are building a sun room at the front of the hotel to house the buffet breakfast. In the meantime...

Clean with good air-conditioning. Pleasant swimming pool and hot tub. Good Napa location. Easy access to highways. Expected a little more for the price. Standard buffet breakfast: toast, orange juice, make your own waffles, fruit, chafing dishes of scrambled eggs, potatoes and breakfast meat.

Napa is crazy expensive for hotels at the weekend. Once you accept that and realise value for money is an alien concept, The Ivy does a good job. The hotel is going through a renovation project so there were areas which were a bit patchy but overall it was a good choice. We liked the location, $10 uber into downtown...

You can spend a lot of money staying in Napa, and this hotel was quite ok and at a fair rate of under $200 a night. Rooms were quite spacious, had all the amenities needed, plenty of free parking and free internet. Breakfast was pretty good with lots of options (included in rate). In short, a good place to consider...

I was just a bit apprehensive about staying here as there were some past reviews that were not so glowing. We were traveling with a group however and we wanted to be with them so we stayed here. I was so impressed with the facility and the staff. Since we had a group, I inquired as to how much it...

The staff was great at this hotel The room was nicely decorated and clean. Some of the furniture was worn but overall, the room was good. The bathroom and shower head were great and the décor in the rooms was really nice. The pool area was really nice as well. This was a nice mid level hotel to stay in.

Good breakfast, room was clea, fridge broken and froze everything. Very loud, in that the walls are paper thin. Every time someone shut a door, the walls shuttered. Front desk staff was friendly, housekeeping staff rude. Hotel was not secure as doors were left open at all hours. Overpriced.
