I really enjoyed staying at the Premier Ivy in Napa as my boyfriend and I were on vacation in the area to visit the vineyards and excellent restaurants. Upon entering you are greeted by very friendly staff and the quiet of the hotel although it has many guests. The hotel offers free breakfast which is filled with omelettes, sausage, eggs,...

Very nice, clean, pleasant, quiet. Very well located for either Napa valley or downtown Napa. Our room had a very uncomfortable mattress and creaky bed, which we should have reported, but didn't. Only downside was inadequate reading light in sitting area of room—unpleasant fluorescent lights there.

Went to Napa for wine tasting. Best Western Premier Ivy was nice, clean and affordable. The beds were comfortable and they serve breakfast in the morning. Very close proximity to restaurants and businesses just off of Highway 29. We were maybe 20 minutes away from the furthest winery we visited. I would stay there again on my next visit.

We stayed two nights here, in town for a conference. The staff was friendly, bed was fine and the room was clean. The TV was on a wall next to the bed which was very awkward. The spa was right outside our window and although it supposedly closed at 9pm, it was way past 10pm when I finally called the...

I stayed here for 3 nights and everything was great. At first when I was reading the reviews here, I was bit worried how my stay would be but I was proved wrong with the great hospitality this place offered me. Staffs were great. If there was any problem with my stay, it was corrected and followed up with me...

This might have gotten 4 starts if it had been in a small town other than Napa. I think for the price and the competition in Napa, the bar is set a little higher. We stayed with our three kids in adjoining rooms. The rooms were of good size and nicely designed. The bath areas were nice with the sinks...

If you're trying to avoid the $400-$450 plus 2 night minimum nightly charge required by most Napa B&B's on popular weekends, Best Western Premier will probably meet your needs. It's a $200 per night property but then again, it's a lot less expensive than most Napa hotels. The rooms are clean, comfortable and parking is free. The location is excellent,...

Great location between Napa and Yountville and easy road access to and from. Great price for the area - mid range. The staff were great, and helped with anything. We stayed 4 nights and it was good, but the bed was awful! A quick change there and this is a good stay.

We were in town to attend a musical performance and needed a place to stay that was close to the venue. The Ivy Hotel by Best Western fit the bill. It was comfortable, clean and quiet. The breakfast was good with many different choices. The staff was very pleasant, cheerful and helpful. The only compliant was the doors that slammed...
