We stayed three nights, and were treated like family--Tom, the owner, sets the tone for his staff and the guests respond with equal respect, and the tip jar shows the appreciation of the guest. A small place, they know who you are, the cookies at 6:00 and the breakfast muffins and waffles, both in the food and in the service...

What a great little hotel. The people were so friendly and helpful. We had a lovely room on the top floor with a fireplace for a cold, rainy February visit. Every morning there were freshly made muffins and waffles. The ladies served you like a B&B. There were fresh cookies and coffee at night, too! The staff helped with recommendations...

Best Western Elm House is a cross between a hotel and a B&B. This small hotel is convenient and within walking distance to downtown Napa. Features include a friendly staff, included breakfast, and cookies in the evening. There’s a fireplace in the lobby for gathering. The room rate is reasonable for Napa, especially, if you book early. If you are...

Stayed here two nights following a Pleasanton wedding. Cozy Inn with central area, fireplace, spacious rooms, comfy beds and a homey environment. Owner Tom is very cordial and a wealth of info about the area. Morning breakfast included- the waffles very good. Put on your robes and hit the hot tub. Easy access to 29 N to hit the wineries....

This place feels more like a B&B than a hotel. Very well kept, with a friendly welcoming staff. Good location for going north to Calistoga or St. Helena, or driving to the downtown of Napa. Can highly recommend it.

Everything was perfect. Breakfast was great, lobby was cozy, staff was extremely helpful and kind. They have homemade cookies every night, the place is nice and quiet. The lobby has a nice fireplace, couch and chairs where we (3 couples) gathered, drank champagne, and had fun. It was a very rainy weekend, so were felt very lucky to have a...

This is NOT your typical Best Western by any means. It is more like a boutique hotel or B& B. The owner and staff are very pleasant and we were greeted on check in with a room upgrade. A lovely large room with a king bed, sitting area and a fireplace. The location was great for exploring wineries in Napa,...

This hotel was very unusual, but in a good way. The hotel is very small, but the rooms are nice and include a small fridge. The breakfast is very good, but the ladies working did not seem to want to offer anything besides the waffles. We found out the second day that they also make poached eggs. The breakfast bar...

This was our second time staying here . The same pluses are still true: feels like an inn, excellent breakfast with bakery goods, nice fresh fruit, lovely dining area ( room actually is the lobby) and staff greeting you and trying to accommodate your choices, clean, nicely appointed rooms, good beds. The only downside is if you are bothered by...
