When I arrived at this hotel I was exhausted. I had not slept in 36 hours and I had driven most of the night and part of the morning. 5 minutes before I got here, I had a bad experience with another hotel chain trying to charge me a ridiculous fee to check in a couple hours early even though the room was available AND they wouldn't cancel my reservation even though I had just made it minutes earlier. I called Quality Inn to confirm that a room was available and was told there was one available and that I could check in now. When I arrived I was greeted by Peter at the front desk. He was EXCEPTIONALLY helpful and pleasant. That alone felt like a breath of fresh air. Quality inn had a room available but Peter went the extra mile to check availability at the Rodeway Inn. The two Inns share the front check-in counter but have separate reservation systems. Peter told me that the Roadway Inn rooms were a little cheaper and explained the differences in amenities and ended up booking me a room for less money than I expected and allowed me to check in immediately. I only stayed one night and the room was everything I needed. Much more than that, however, was the very pleasant interaction with Peter every time I came to the front office. …

The quality wasn't great, but we had a comfortable room when we just couldn't drive any further! The breakfast was solid, and they had free laundry service. The pool was closed, so that was a big disappointment for my son. The front desk was very nice, but we were disappointed with the cost of the room. We would probably stay there again if we were in the area...

Quality Inn in Needles is disgusting. If we hadn't broke down and needed a pet friendly room would not have stayed here. List of issues; shower dirty with long black hair, mold in shower room, dirty toilet, chewed up furniture, stained linens, and plastic cups for coffee? FYI we paid $175 for this dump! Best things: hot water and good TV. Just because we have pets...well behaved...doesn't mean we should have dump rooms.

Travelling from Central California to Phoenix. We spent one night in Needles at the Quality Inn. This is a combination Quality Inn/Rodeway Inn. Room was average, the problem was NO HOT WATER. Reported the problem to the front desk, but by morning check-out, there was STILL NO HOT WATER. Breakfast was ok. Powdered scrambled eggs, waffle, cereal, juice/coffee, muffins, yogurt, hard boiled eggs.

road trip from Sonoma to Santa Fe. we stayed here on the return trip. room had a weird, though not overbearing, smell no washcloths in bathroom there was a tub with a "shower," which was a hand-held device that kept falling out of the bracket that was meant to hold it. didn't use the pool ice machine on the second floor, not on ground level on the plus side, the bed was comfy and the staff very friendly and helpful. we left before breakfast was served, so can't comment on that

Loud and chaotic parties in the pool. Bad WiFi. Poorly maintained with mold and water damage in the room and bathroom. Staff were friendly, but the facilities and other guests were less than ideal. The WiFi is so bad it is struggling to upload a single picture of the mold and water damage in the bathroom.

Stayed one night for a baseball tournament and all was well. Due to COVID there is not a hot breakfast and the pool is closed though. Plenty of parking and there is a McDonald’s next door. Room was clean and everything worked.

If you enjoy a dirty, smelly room,with people fighting outside your door this is the place for you. I got into a shouting match to get my money refunded. Also hotel is located close to highway so lots of truck noise. Stains in the sheets. Rooms do not look like they are represented on company web site. This place is a complete dump.

So to start on the positives: The staff couldn’t have been nicer. The receptionist was lovely. Incredibly professional and helpful. The breakfast was okay. The WiFi was pretty good, maintained connectivity throughout our stay. Negatives: Towels and bedding were stained. Door into room was broken so it always took three or more attempts to get in. Bathroom door also appeared to be broken so you had to completely shut it or it would swing back and hit you whilst using the sink. Irritating more than anything.
