Friendly staff, quiet room, rooms and bathrooms need major updating. Bed was very, very uncomfortable and breakfast was just mediocre (no hot foods, no drinks besides coffee.) Clean and sufficient for a one night stay.

Its a bit rustic, it need some shine to bring it up. The clerk was very nice and friendly. My room was clean and comfortable. But, it needs a bit more attention too. I slept good. The continental breakfast was simple.

Room 114, clean, neat, good bed. Great sheets and pillows. Cable TV with lots of channels. Sheets in good condition, not worn thin like other places. Adequate water supply in the shower. Not a fancy place but great for the money. In-room coffee maker as well as lobby breakfast. Outdoor security lights.

Don’t stay here !!!!!!!! It was dirty shabby and the beds made noise when you moved plus they were saggy! The bathroom was halfway painted with paint splatters on several surfaces. The floor was sticky. The breakfast was non existent with not enough room to sit Very uncomfortable stay overall.

The reviews were a slightly higher range so we choose this place but it was a big mistake. We were put in an area that was under construction and the power went in and out all night so no AC in the middle of summer so it was hotter than hell. They told us they would refund the pet fee which was $40 but they didn’t. They said we had to talk to bookings.con to get a refund on the rest. They told bookings they would give a full refund but did not. It’s the poor service and lying about how they were going to handle it that made this stay unacceptable. Things go wrong but it’s how you handle it that decides if you will ever use the company again. We will not and we do this trip often to see our family. They could have had a reoccurring client.

after sitting in the dark and 112 degree heat and refusing to give us a new room we had to pack up in the dark and got to a new motel. the staff was very indifferent to our plight. I will never use this motel chain again

I wouldn’t send my worst enemy here. I booked through a third party. I arrived early around 1:45pm to simply to see if they could accommodate an early check in. If they could, great. If not, no big deal. So I walk in and the guy at the front desk doesn’t even acknowledge me. I finally say hello and without even looking up from his computer, says, “do you have a reservation?” “Yes, I just booked it a couple hours ago,” I responded. Still looking at his computer, the guy smugly asks, “and what time does it show for check in?” Come on man, there’s no need to be a jerk. I simply and nicely let him know I was hoping to get in early. He took a minute or so and said he could not accommodate it. My guess is that it was because I booked third party but I cannot be sure. It’s possible they didn’t have a room ready almost 3 hours after checkout but I doubt it. Either way, just be a HUMAN! Make eye contact, say hello, and treat a customer with some decency. Is that too much to ask?…
