What more can I say than "OUTSTANDING." From checking to checking out, the stay was awesome. Our condo gave us a glorious view of the pacific ocean. What better way to start the day than sitting on the balcony overlooking the ocean for your morning coffee. The condo was beautifully furnished. The kitchen was well supplied and the bed was...

We just returned from our third trip to the Newport Coast Villas. We love it down there, even though we have an 8-hour drive to get there. All the villas are 2-bedroom that actually sleep 8. We took friends this time, and another foursome joined us next door. Having a kitchen is wonderful. The grounds here are lovely. We like...

My family vacationed in California and stayed at this Vacation Club. As an owner with MVC (not this property), I am very familiar with their resort model and this one was in line with other places. The drive in from LAX was very simple and finding the resort was easy. It is on the mountain side of US1, just outside...

Marriott NCV is our go-to spot whenever we visit our college-kids, who love to come stay with us there. Plenty of room in the beautiful, comfortable villas. Pool is fabulous...especially when they've got the live music going. The property is expansive...we've stayed in the north, south, and west areas. Some are closer to the main pool, which is our favorite,...

We went there on a $299 package tied to a 90 minute pitch on Marriott Vacation Club membership. The facility is beautiful and nicely maintained, as you would expect from Marriott. Staff was very friendly, helpful and respectful. The room they gave us was a two bedroom suite - much too big for the two of us - but we...

For a business conference this place is amazing the staff super friendly and all of the facilities spotless. Was here and had great time. The food is great and they do a good job of making sure you are comfortable. Parking might be a hassle but it's worth the price.

My wife had been eager to spend two weeks at this resort and had even booked three weeks for next summer. But having experienced the resort ourselves, despite the fact that it has a good reputation and is in high demand, we've cancelled for next year and won't be returning. The resort is a bit hard to find with Mapquest...

Upon checking in after a seven-hour flight from New York, we were warmly greeted by Lindsay, at the Front Desk. We experienced the same customer service we've come to expect from Marriott Vacation Club. CarolSue, the Concierge made several nice suggestions for our short stay. All were spot on. The villa suite was also something we've come to expect, immaculate...

My family and I recently completed a week stay at Marriott's Newport Coast Villas and I can sum the entire stay up in one word – underwhelmed. To elaborate, almost nothing stood out as great about our stay, but many things were subpar. I do not think this hotel should be a Category 7, it does not compare with other...

We went to the Newport Coast Villas in January 2014 and we are still raving about our stay. The place is stunning and well kept. The pools were great and the actual villas, although quite old (we got a 2-bedroom but not a lock-off type which is the standard in most new developments), we still enjoyed the space and was...

“I'd suggest asking for the second floor or higher for the best view.”
  • Our third floor room gave us plenty of elevation to view the ocean over the next building.
  • Luxurious comfort throughout
  • We had almost a 120 degree view.
  • Our balcony was a perfect place for morning coffee or evening cocktails.
