This is a charming historic hotel that sits a brisk walk from many downtown Ojai shops and restaurants -- yet is also remote enough to be truly nestled in nature and very soothing and relaxing at night. Emily at the front desk is awesome, and...More
Cute little rooms ground floor with a little patio leading to the swimming pool. Needs some TLC it would make a great quiet and cosy spot. Very helpful and pleasant staff. Good price. Would visit again.

If that fails I would contact my credit card and try to get a refund that way. I was onced charged hotel fees when my Groupon didn't say fees would be charged and I got that refunded by American Express.
