This Best Western Plus is Top Notch, with comfy beds, quiet, well maintained grounds with a professional friendly staff. The pool area is great with an added jacuzzi. The spacious indoor/outdoor breakfast area is neat & clean with a coffee machine that makes espresso, latte, hot chocolate and more. The dishes are made to order prepared by chefs in a timely friendly manner.

Hotel's Favourite
Nice clean location and well kept hotel. Amanda is great if she handles your check in or out. Frank is rude, and so is Andrea. Management seems to be good, I talk to Galen sometimes and does a great job correcting any issues, but Craig the GM seems to be disconnected and can better interact with us, his elite members.

I had a great visit! The resort was clean the breakfast was amazing and there was a patio in each unit. The courtyard made the room quieter and it was a great experience. The room is a bit older but good value!

The staff was amazing, the breakfast was really good, hotel is clean, love the pool and hot tub. The grounds were clean. The room was always clean when we arrived back to our to hotel. The staff checked us in quickly.

Really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The beds and room were comfortable. The breakfast that was included exceeded my expectations. The fitness centre had nice cardio equipment, but could benefit from free weights. The pool and hot tub area were really nice. The location of the hotel was good.

Room/Suite was clean and spacious with a lot of amenities. Free breakfast was amazing- a lot of options and made to order. You could sit outside or in. This was a wonderful hotel, but feel it was a bit overpriced. As nice as this place was, I’d look for something else if I returned to Palm Desert.

Good location, great made to order breakfast. Pool area was pleasant. Room was not ready when we checked in but we were upgraded to a better room with a balcony. Lots of ongoing maintenance and the room was clean, just very musty smelling. May be time to replace the carpeting. Lamps looked brand new, furniture was in good condition, sofa maybe could be replaced. Noise from above all night, at intervals, (2nd floor) like someone walking across the room, but regular so might be something with the cooling system. Did report it in the morning. All the staff were very friendly and helpful.

We chose the location to be convenient to a concert at the Fred Waring venue. Shopping and restaurants adjacent. Very nice buildings and grounds. Set back from the road for quiet. Excellent breakfast including freshly cooked hot items.

The free eggs and hash browns breakfasts are a must. Clean hotel. Only negative thing was a leaky shower head and not hot water on the morning after I checked in. Fixed quickly. Safes in every room. Would stay at this hotel another time in a heartbeat.
