Overview: Great, walkable, downtown location. But the rooms are in need of a renovation as are the common areas (hallways, elevators). Rooms: The rooms are a bit outdated (older carpets, popcorn ceilings, stains on couches). In many respects, they don't really meet what you'd expect as Hyatt quality. Our room had some issues (including a shower drain that was backed...

Palm Springs and points East in the Coachella Valley have large numbers of hotels, with all the major brands represented. The Hyatt however is on the main street in town, convenient to the shops and restaurants in Palm Springs proper. While it is an older property, it has been carefully maintain, the rooms are nice and there is an outdoor...

Thank you for the review. Regarding Valet, our charge is competitive for the market and we believe that the service our team provides is the best in town and worth the charge. We hope to see you again soon!

The location is absolutely great! In the heart of downtown Palm Springs. This hotel is in desperate need of a complete remodel. We were shocked that this is a Hyatt. However, the customer service was great and the food was very good

Arrived late in the evening when the lobby was empty, I approached the reception but the receptionist lady was on her own business until I said Hello. No much greetings but the checkin process was smooth. The room was of good condition and spacious. It was listed as pool view but actually it has a beautiful mountain view from the...

We have stayed there in the past and had better experiences. Room was freezing and we couldn't get heat. On hold with front desk for far too long and finally walked down to tell them. Maintanence responded promptly and restored heat. Ordered room service...wedge salad came with no dressing. Not our usual experience.

I stayed at the Hyatt over Thanksgiving, after my original hotel had an issue and we were placed here. The front desk team was very accommodating and friendly. They placed us in room 108, which was one of their Cabana suites. We had a large bedroom, good sized bathroom, big living room and it all opened up onto a nice,...

This is just about the best location in the heart of downtown Palm Springs. Tons of restaurants and shops (and sights) are within walking distance. The rooms are very large in this hotel and despite its central location it feels very private and quiet. Good for families.
