The 244 room hotel has multiple restaurants, bars, and meeting spaces -- all of which surround a stunning pool location. My BF and I booked this place to relax and enjoy some poolside sun in January. The pool was heated and spacious which was a huge plus. And there's two hot tubs to enjoy after the sun goes down. We had an upgraded room with a view, which was amazing, the upgrade was totally worth it. Pet friendly too. We tried the restaurant, El Jefe, and I highly recommend the fish tacos. The fried fish is crunchy, juicy and perfect. omg I'm missing it just thinking about it. All the staff was really nice and helpful. They let me know they have free cornhole!! (hee hee)

The Saguaro, which has a silent "g" like lasagna, is a wonderful resort. From the heated pool to the colorful decor, we enjoyed every part of our stay. The facilities are super clean and fun. All of the staff was very professional, quick, and on top of their game, able to get us whatever we asked without a problem. Highly recommend laying out by the heated pool and hot tubs and enjoying one of their delicious cocktails from the poolside bar. If you'd rather stay inside, our room was spacious, clean, and equipped with a large television and comfortable bed. The shower was hot and ready, along with complimentary soap and shampoo that doesn't suck. Overall, I'd give it 6 stars if I could. Order the fish tacos from the restaurant - really incredible.

Stayed here many times and the front desk staff are always great. Pool area is huge and comfortable. Resort overall has become rather basic and slowly run down. If you’re looking for a bed and a roof over your head, this does the trick - but it’s not nearly the comfortable resort feel that it used to be. For the rate, the resort should have better/more comfortable amenities. In-room entertainment on the tv is very slow and frustrating as some popular channels didn’t work. Towels and robes are not soft and rather scratchy. Bed is a spring mattress and very uncomfortable with very basic sheets and comforter. Even in a recently remodeled room, you can tell the walls have been repainted over many times. Requested the room be serviced 3 out if 4 nights and only once did we even get service, and that one time all they did was replace towels.

Took a 4 day break away from life to enjoy my stay here. The staff was amazing! Immediately greeted by smiling faces as soon as I entered the lobby. I dined at the on-site restaurant each day and was very satisfied. They have the strongest coffee which is also a plus! The front desk crew made sure my stay was pleasant and all my needs were met. Thank you to Tom, Jeremy, Isabelle, Mackenzie, and Ashlee for going above and beyond!

Loved the aesthetic and look of the room. In terms of cleanliness and service, look elsewhere. Couldn’t get a maid or turn down service despite multiple calls and a promise to do so. Should not be paying for this service. Enjoyed the location and time here in Pal springs. But I would get better service at a Motel 6
