Positives: Great location, walkable to downtown shops and restaurants. Beautiful view of the mountains from the main pool. Person cleaning the rooms did a great job, and was always courteous and professional. Met some nice people.

What a dump!
Non existent facilities (steam room) although the sign is still there, and the one's that are there don't function. The staff response... 'yeah, that won't be fixed 'til next week', and a general sense of I really couldn't care less.
