Very good location for downtown. Able to walk to all the restaurants and shops. The rooms are pretty dated but clean. The breakfast is good with hot items like sausage and eggs. There is a very nice outdoor patio off the breakfast room and it's a nice place to eat.

Outside of property is nice looking, rooms and infrastructure need work. Rooms are tired, and "sorta" clean. Air conditioning did not cool the room enough, and this was in March. Can't imagine what it would be like in August. Plumbing makes god-awful noises. Breakfast is strictly average.

we stayed a week here. The staff was very nice and friendly. But the motel itself is in bad shape. It is an older motel and it shows the age. Our room had stains on the ceiling, the carpet was torn in a few places. The beds were ok but I've slept on better. The pool is excellent.... the hot...

For the price, this place worked well for me as a one night stop. The room was clean and quiet. It had a nice pool and hot tub area which I had to myself at 8 a.m. Decent breakfast was included. Staff was courteous & helpful. Overall, it Exceeded my expectations.

Hotel rate was very expensive for a 2 star. Property needs to be renovated. Elevator is very slow and small. Only fits 2 guest. Parking lot is small. Our room was clean, the bed and pillows were very comfy. Property is located with in a 5 min walk to the main strip.

This is the first hotel I've given an "excellent" rating. Location is not on the main strip, but only a block away from one end of it, which makes it even nicer.and an easy walk over to it. All expected hotel amenities are there including free wi-fi, refrigerator, hot breakfast, two pools and a hot tub. Room itself was clean,...

Easy to reach. The rooms are in need of some major renovations. The bathtub plug wouldn't close and the sink plug wouldn't open. (My husband had to open the sink drain from under the sink!). Breakfast is included and was good. Overall. the room was very expensive for what you got.

Hotel completely unwilling to work with me on a reservation change. Book the wrong date by a day, they did not have room for me on the actual day. Discovered issue and cancelled within 5 minutes of reservation. Hotel unwilling to refund and manager hung up during our conversation. Extremely poor customer service. Will never book with them again.

It's understandable that this hotel is rated near the bottom of all Palm Springs Hotels. Really, the only thing going for it is its location. Right on the main thoroughfare, there are great places to dine out, shop or just walk around. The hotel itself is old, tired but at least clean. The beds are a bit lumpy, the pillows...

Although this Comfort Inn is older, it is clean, very near the weekly Thursday night outdoor market, has a heated pool, an unheated pool and a hot tub. Lots of chairs for sitting around the pool. Breakfast includes the usual...waffles, bagels, pastry, cereal, yogurt, sausages, eggs, fruit. The room was clean although somewhat dated. We didn't want to spend too...
