Poor office staff service. They charge me 3 times for the same room, which meant I had to waste 3 hours of my time getting it straighten out between their office (which kept me on hold longer then 10 minutes each time I called) and my credit card company, advertise free w-fi which was never up We stayed for 2...

Location is great, walking distance to pretty much everything. Rooms aren't the most update to date, but they're clean and comfortable. Hotel service is excellent, friendly, really helpful: front desk clerk went out of his way to get me a corkscrew, delivered it right to my door, gotta love that.

Room smells strongly of cleaners, light switches don't all work, no hot breakfast meat or eggs, no TV in lobby or breakfast dining area. Only blackout curtains and no sheers so you can't leave curtains open to let in light without others seeing in. You can hear construction noise and beeps constantly. Wouldn't stay here again.

This place is in a great location if you want to be close to downtown Palm Springs. We have stayed here for our annual visit for the last three years. It has always seemed to be in a state of renovation with very little positive results. It seems to change ownership often. The pool area is quite nice and the...

The great weekend rate that I booked must be available due to the pending renovation (I hope since this property is very dated) that must be coming since this former Comfort Inn, aka CCO Hotel & Suites, aka Baymont Inn (sheesh...I was totally confused where I was staying since all of these names on signage etc. (Baymont took over, which...

Nice hotel, clean but old rooms. Very close to centre though! Ideal for just a night! Simple but good breakfast included. Free WiFi and friendly staff! Will return to CCO if we will come back one day !

This Motel used to be a Comfort Inn. The rooms are a little tired and worn but they have everything you need. The pool area is very nice and the included buffet breakfast is adequate. The best thing is the location only a block away from lots of good restaurants.

Price - quality, our stay was outstanding. The pool is nice, especially with the high temperatures in Palm Springs. Nice and friendly staff, big rooms and great bed. Breakfast included, no big buffet but enough to start your day. Though the breakfast room was still full of people, the breakfast lady was keen on cleaning up immediately at the end...

Budget hotel in the heart of everything!!! Nothing fancy. Not a resort. There's a swimming pool, ice and soda machines, a small workout area, and continental breakfast. Good A/C in rooms; very important in P.S. About what you'd expect for the price. But the convenience factor is great. Walking distance to restaurants, shopping, nightlife.
