Not a fan, old hotel with some renovations. Only one elevator for the entire place, boo! What the heck! Oh and no access to stairs if I wanted to walk up my one flight to the second floor. Makes no sense. The ac wasn't working very well. It wouldn't cool the room down so we had to crack the window...

Very nice Marriott in Palm Springs CA. Rooms are large and very comfortable. Our room overlooked the pool area. Restaurant was ok and outside fire pit was very cool. Only issue was internet as sporadic and slow. Would definitely stay here next trip.

The Renaissance Palm Springs is an absolutely beautiful hotel located just a few blocks from Palm Canyon Drive where you will find many shops, restaurants and galleries. Our room was clean, modern and had a balcony overlooking the pool. The staff was very nice and the location was to die for!

Beautiful hotel and good food. Looked like each room had a balcony so you could enjoy the beautiful weather. Hotel lobby and grounds were just beautiful. Had breakfast every morning in Date's restaurant and they had a variety of food.

We have been going to this hotel almost every year since 1994 when it was the Wyndham. We have just come back from 13 nights there and as usual it was great. The staff bend over backwards to make your stay enjoyable without being over powering. Everyone is friendly and nothing appears to be too much trouble. The place is...

Caution Marriott Rewards members! Here is the Renaissance Palm Springs idea of brand loyalty. Me, 1,250 stays (lifetime platinum). For a one night advanced purchased stay in Oct, 2016 at the Renaissance Palm Springs, they charged me $420 plus tax for $491 total. After arriving and checking in, I find by looking on-line they have availability that night at $259...

We stopped at this hotel as part of our West Coast Road Trip. There was one issue and that was sadly we were only here for one night! The hotel from the minute you arrive is very grand, with an impressive lobby entrance. We were swiftly checked in and opted to self park (which sadly comes at quite a high...

Myself and a friend spent one night at the Renaissance Palm Springs to break up our drive from Los Angeles to Phoenix. The property is very well looked after and the grounds are beautiful. The pool was large and very nice with lots of loungers and space for guests to spread out and relax. We were upgraded on check in...

The property was beautiful, rooms were clean and spacious. The free shuttle that takes you to downtown was so handy. Every staff member we came in contact with was polite and pleasant. The lobby and pool area are gorgeous. Drinks at the bar were a little pricy ($14 for a small, ice packed Johnny Walker Black)

Despite the days I chose to visit, the hotel literally thrombosed with visitors from all over the world, the car and attention to detail were first rate, parking was available, and services within the hotel ran as if there was only one guest: me. I had a toilet valve that would not shut off. One phone call brought a building...
