After a long arduous travel day, I was wonderfully welcomed by Linda after the office was closed. She greeted me, walked me around the grounds. It's the first time I've been treated so wonderfully Thank you Linda. Warmest regards Robert E Mesa, AZ

On our first trip to Palm Springs, we were happy to have picked a small, low-key, well-kept hotel with friendly staff and nice landscaping. Our room was nicely appointed and we liked the Mexican tiles in the bathroom areas. The clientele seemed to be quiet vacationers like ourselves. It was nice to be able to get poolside service of good...

Great Spanish themed, small boutique hotel! The room was spacious and clean. Linda was kind and welcoming. The rooftop sitting area was really cool. Tried the Mexican restaurant in the court yard...Good food and fun environment. Located close to downtown...Great city to walk around in, shop, eat and drink. Enjoy your time at this peaceful hotel and city. Can't wait...

We spent four nights here, partly for business and then for pleasure. The setting is marvelous -- it feels like a small town resort. Lush plants, quiet pool area, limited number of rooms and reasonably priced. The owner went far out of her way to accommodate our needs, even picking up office supplies on her way in to work. The...

We stayed 3 nights, room 109. Located 1 block from the main downtown street. Nicely isolated by its property design. Room is quite comfy, nicely appointed with deep whirlpool bath tub with gas fireplace right beside it in the bedroom. Spacious bathroom. King size bed mattress is quite softer than normal, which many will like but might not be good...

Our stay at Los Arboles was amazing. Starting with check in, it was fast and staff was very friendly. Everyone at the restaurant was very friendly and treated us like family. Linda was also very helpful and answered all of our questions and gave us a quick story about the hotel's history. We will definitely make this our anniversary getaway...

My boyfriend and I had an average stay overall. Check in was easy, they do close the front desk at 5pm, so if you're checking in late, be sure to call prior to booking to set up arrangements. Our room faced the restaurant, so it was a bit noisy and had less privacy. Pros: good value, near restaurants/shops Cons: A...
