Hotel was booked for an annual get together with friends and even though this was a new venue for the group, the Skylark certainly didn't disappoint. Property is immaculate and the daily upkeep demonstrates why it is so well kept. Ron (manager) and his staff were friendly and efficient and made sure the group's expectations were met (and exceeded in...

I booked this hotel last minute so that I could catch an early flight out of Palm Springs. After spending a couple nights in Joshua Tree for a night photography workshop and then taking a day trip to the Salton Sea, the Skylark Hotel was a pleasant surprise and respite. Apparently the front desk closes at 10 pm so Andrew...

This hotel was just okay. We tried to check in early but the room wasn't ready until after normal check in time, just after 3pm. There were four of us in one room. Bathroom is not ideal for this type of situation as shower, toilet, sink and mirror are all in same room. No mirrors in room except the one...

We were delighted to see what was inside the courtyard! Welcoming, fun, and festive decor. We had a class reunion and it was perfect for our group. The staff made sure our every need was met and went above and beyond! The shower sort of cycled hot and warm when the room next door was also using the shower, but...

We had a fabulous event at the Skylark hotel in Palm Springs, California. Our classmates booked all of the rooms at this botique hotel. The entertainment suite worked perfectly for our needs! The weather, pool and spa were amazing! The staff made sure that we were happy. We were beyond thrilled. Everyone expressed their amazement at this lovely destination class...

I loved this place! Tucked behind some privacy doors, the property opens up into a courtyard with pool and spa. There is lots of green grass and party lights. We had the pool to ourselves most of the time. The lounge chairs were really comfy. The rooms are large and comfortable, although they are in need of some updating. Rooms...

My husband and I stayed here in March for a mid week getaway. Loved the retro motel feel with the enclosed private grounds. The owner was very nice and helpful. The room was very clean and large. It was great sitting poolside to eat the free breakfast that is included. Would definitely stay here again.

One of the unique things about PS is the secret pool courtyards hidden behind drab exteriors. This was definitely that! My daughter was a little concerned pulling up, but it was a complete oasis inside. Great colors, vibe, landscaping, a very clean pool and hot tub, plus fabulous mountain and palm backdrop. A charming small unit complex, which we loved....

Wonderful experience. Second year we stayed for an extended time. Staff are always friendly and willing to accommodate guest needs. We took full advantage of the hot tub and pool. We find the continental breakfast to be convenient and offering good choices. The overall location is excellent, close to bus services, walking distance to downtown, and nearby restaurants.

The Skylark was clean and convenient but too noisy: - The air conditioner was an older machine that ran constantly and was far too loud. - Some of the other guests blasted their music throughout the common courtyard. The staff seemed to think that that was okay. If you're looking for a quiet weekend getaway, I suggest looking harder and...
