This was my first experience at Santiago, second in Palm Springs. From the moment I arrived at the resort I felt instantly welcome and I knew I would be taken care of. The ENTIRE staff is beyond lovely and just the nicest people. The was particularly a hard vacation, being my partner and I had just split. I neve once...

My friend and I had a great stay at Santiago last week; we felt taken care of while we got to relax around the pool in the magnificent sun. We could only stay one night, and I was dragging my feet when it was time to leave the next day, literally almost throwing myself on the ground in a tantrum....

Beautifully maintained resort and great place to relax. The hospitality is wonderful as are the grounds and facilities. This was our second trip to Santiago, and we found we were content staying at the resort and didn't leave much except for dinners. I really enjoyed hanging out in the hammocks, relaxing and amazing views. We look forward to coming back.

We are glad you enjoyed your stay! That is exactly why we bring in lunch for everybody, so they can just relax all day long. And you are right, the mountain views are pretty amazing! Hope you caught a sunset through the palm trees too. Hope yo see you back soon.

Over all its a great place.. Its really large hotel for Gay Men's Resort... It is peak season so the Hotel was almost full every day. Beautiful and large Pool My room was very small with a King Bed.. so I was a bit disappointed for $228 a night. I was expecting a larger room.

Glad you enjoyed your visit. Coming during peak is a great time to come, there is always so much going on. Coming in on the weekdays is always a bit less, if you are able. That is a great way to get a bigger room at a lower price.

Had an amazing week long "Staycation" in late March with a good friend visiting from Seattle. We loved our second floor King Suite room (the resort has 20-plus well appointed rooms) overlooking the resort's inviting courtyard with umbrella bedecked tables where we enjoyed our continental breakfasts and delicious gourmet box lunches everyday. A big hit with my visiting Seattle friend...

I don't usually write reviews, but this resort was so much better than I expected! I wanted to share my experience. This was the first gay clothing-optional resort I've visited and I was nervous it would be like a bathhouse. But it was fun and playful, but never creepy or too intense. The setting was beautiful and peaceful. The guests...

We've been going to Palm Springs for the past 10 years and have never stayed at any resort other than Santiago Resort. Kent is the new general manager of Santiago Resort, having just started April 01 2017. In the short time we've seen Kent at work, I can honestly say he is very personable, approachable, friendly, professional, and just an...

The idea is if we bring in all you need, then all that is left is for you to relax by the pool! Or maybe the hammocks under the palm trees? We are glad you had a good stay with us, we hope to see you back soon.

We have been to Santiago around 15 times, and the "magic" created a long time ago still exists. For those reading this who have never been, I say "magic" because Santiago resort has never failed to deliver new friendships that will last for many years. On this trip we met Kent, the new GM at Santiago. Kent was in training...

It has been nearly a decade since I have stayed at the Santiago. During the 1990s and 2000s it was my go to place for several visits each year. With new owners, management and an extensive room remodel I thought the time was right to come back home. And I was not disappointed. The room remodels are excellent with fashionable...

So happy you enjoyed your stay! And even though our check in is not until 3PM, you should have felt more taken care of when you arrived at 10AM. I apologize for that! The entire staff has been reminded of how important it is to offer options that help make your stay more comfortable from start to finish. I promise...
