This is a very warm, friendly place to stay. My room was extremely clean, well furnished, nicely decorated, and comfortable. Even had On-Demand for free on TV (which I didn't watch all that much). Very nice facilities, including a very good breakfast. Friendly guests. Nice jacuzzi and good size pool. Because of my own mistake, I hadn't reserved my room...

Our first vacation to Palm Springs. So happy we choose the Santiago based on a recommendation from friends. So much so we are planning a trip back in November. J.M and Bob and the rest of the Santiago group were so friendly. The guests were stellar, fun, and interesting..couldn't ask for a better mix

Came here for my birthday weekend, had an amazing time. All the previous reviews here cover it all so I'm not sure what else I can add about it. Pretty much if you want the best stay in Palm Springs come here and nowhere else.

The Santiago Resort provided the perfect weekend get-away spot. The staff and property are top notch and they have a knack for attracting a fun and friendly crowd. The rooms, while not extremely lavish, are well appointed and comfortable. Complimentary continental breakfast and lunch are great perks and a real treat when you feel like staying on property to sunbath...

My spouse and I spent several months at the refurbished and new management at Santiago Resort recently and we are pleased to say we liked most of the changes. The overall physical changes were an improvement, but it is the staff that really makes one's stay most memorable. Under the very cooperative and friendly new manager Jon Michael, and the...

this is a lovely resort. The rooms are large and comfortable. The breakfasts and lunches were delicious. The pool and hot tub were wonderful. The staff is friendly and helpful. All in all, it was a low-key and relaxing four days.

I was truly surprised at how wonderful Santiago was, I was unsure what to expect , but this is a wonderful beautiful resort , with top class amenities and wonderful helpful staff. Being a returning guest I was not surprised at the warm greeting and exceptionally professional and happy attitude. The grounds were perfectly manicured and clean as always. Room ready and clean with snacks! The poolside chairs are very upscale and comfortable for enjoying the sun for the day. They have remodeled the canteen area which offers snacks and cold beverages...

Rooms are well decorated. Pool area is quite nice, and everything was very clean. The guests were nice mix of guys, with a freindly atmosphere in which everyone got to meet each other. There was a slightly frisky vibe, without being too much. The staff was excellent, which contributed to the friendly atmosphere of the place.

I wanted a small, quiet resort that was not in a noisy area and that's what I got! It's only a 5 minute drive or Uber to Arenas St., where all the gay bars and action is located, or Palm Canyon Ave for restaurants.
