The reviews for this hotel are fairly mixed so I was a bit unsure of what we would find once we arrived. Let me tell you something, there is NOTHING wrong with this hotel. If you are looking for a 5-star resort, then BOOK at a 5-star resort and PAY 5-star resort prices. The pickiness of some of these reviews...

We spent one night here during our road trip in California. The reception staff gave us a warm welcome on our arrival, providing us with pool towels, maps and tips on what to do and where to eat in Palm Springs. The pools and Jacuzzi (2 pools + 2 Jacuzzi tubs) were just outside our room, which was cosy, spacious...

More like a motel than a real hotel. Small, ordinary room, roaring air-conditioning, additional noise from the street, overall low sleep quality. Breakfast (often included it the price) - simply only, neither tasty nor healthy. If you stay stay far from the reception - no internet connection. Indeed, budget stay, but the feeling afterwards? Good, that it's ended.

We spent a night here on our trip through the USA. The room was quite a good size with good amenities (and AC!) Breakfast was bagels, toast, cereal, fruit etc - better than I was expecting. The pool area was nice and small enough to get to know the people around you 😊 We ate at Ricks Grill down the...

We arrived early and they got us straight into a room. Nice reception area. There is a 7-11 around the corner and a bus that tours Palm Springs. Rooms was clean and well keep as was the motel in general.

It was nice. The front desk was very accommodating. Thank you Ron!!! For a quick reservation. Large room, large king bed, large bathroom. Everything was spotless clean. Free Continental breakfast. The TV was a little outdated but they had a lot of cable channels. The checkout was a bummer the normal check out is at 12pm so I called the...

When you allow college kids to smoke, drink and do drugs at the pool area, it's pretty sad. They were swimming naked after the sun went down and partied all night long. I spoke with the Manager and her response was " well they're college kids" . What kind of excuse is that for poor behavior.

The hotel is in need of a big refurbishment, I would not stay again. We were were met with a chaotic front desk, angry staff and we got into our room at 5pm when check in is 3pm its unacceptable. It was memorial weekend and the hotel was obviously booked up but as a hotel you should be prepared for...
