We really loved this hotel (and Palm Springs) beautiful rooms with quirky little touches all around. An amazing pool and hot tub area with a lovely seating area including water features, which looks amazing at night when it's all lit up. We would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone staying here.

Located in the heart of Palm Springs this is our home away from home. The staff is so friendly and accommodating and over our many stays, now feel like extended family. The property is perfectly maintained and is so pleasantly peaceful. We always reserve a room with a patio so we can enjoy our morning coffee and the dogs love...

This is a small quirky establishment, quiet and peaceful. Modern decor. Good rooms and very comfortable and clean. It is more like a motel than a hotel but that is fine, unless you are expecting a fully fledged Reception and trimmings. Unfortunately the person in Reception seemed somewhat bored, not very interested in us and did not seem to have...

The actual hotel facilities are nice and quaint. We stayed on the week of Sept. 27th. The pool is nice and a few feet away from the rooms. The design in modern and sleek. However, the front staff needs hospitality training. No welcome or introduction it seems as if they were students studying for an exam and we were interrupting...

From the moment we arrived, this place amazed us. Tucked away off a side street in the heart of Palm Springs, this hotel felt like we stepped into a little slice of Europe. The Spanish titled rooftops, clean / modern rooms, and a peaceful ambiance created the ideal getaway weekend. There are also 2 wonderful restaurants (Birba and Cheeky's) just...

We spent 2 nights at the Alcazar at the beginning of our road trip and it suited us perfectly. The hotel is really well located with lots of restaurants near by. Cheekies is also next door which is a must for brunch. The rooms are nicely decorated and the pool area is great! We loved the chilled music that was...

Great location next to Briba, walking distance to everything cool. It's in downtown Palm Springs so there's some road noise but it's not bad, and I'm a light sleeper and it didn't bother me. Great staff, wifi, clean rooms. Will stay here again next time!
