It's not the four seasons and a bit rough around the edges, but knows what it is and compensates with some charm. PROS: - Perfectly situated--the downtown area is easily accessible by foot. - Great hostess--Leslie the owner is helpful, hospitable, and fun. Love her. - The shared area is well kept, pretty, and a wonderful throwback to yesteryear. -...

I read the reviews and was completely surprised at how small, impersonal, and dated this place was. I was not impressed with service, the room, or the facility. The pool is very small, the space around the pool is even smaller. The vertical blinds in our room were broken and made it completely difficult to block the light in the...

In an era of big, impersonal hotels the Calla Lily Inn is a real find tucked away in the heart of downtown Palm Springs and an easy walk to great eateries. Comfortable, roomy accommodations and an intimate pool area in the heart of the Inn. Unpretentious and charming. It's the Way They Were--with delightful ambiance and just my cup of...

Stayed at the Inn for a week in February 2015. Very good rooms, nice and quiet plus located close to downtown, which was great as we didn't have a car. Clean with friendly staff and management. Great pool area with lovely landscaping and opportunities for shade!!!

With advanced booking, I have been able to stay in most of the room choices. Each room has had the same theme, but I've...

My family visits the Inn every year. We love every aspect of the viscinity, the ambiance, and hospitality factor of the wonderful staff. My husband and I feel like we are in our own little slice of paradise when we sit poolside and eat fresh fruit for breakfast from a tiki bar. Good as it gets!! It is my happy...

This tranquil little hotel in the middle of downtown Palm Springs was a lovely surprise! Within walking distance to hiking trails, restaurants, nightlife and shopping. This hotel has only 9 rooms and each one is a little different. Besides the regular hotel room set-up, there are a few with kitchenettes and one suite has a full kitchen where I would...

“Most of the rooms surround the pool. There are a few rooms on the far side of the pool that are set back and are more private. Some rooms have patios in the back and if you want the sunny or shady side of the pool, just ask.”
