My wife and I escaped our frozen Alaska environment for a holiday vacation to Palm Springs for a week at the end of December. We had selected the Old Ranch Inn from reviews here on Trip Advisor. We were not disappointed. From the assistance in allowing us an early check in, to a friendly greeting each time we passed, both...

We booked a 3 day stay at the Old Ranch Inn as part of a four week trip around California and Arizona. Regrettably we arrived in a state of disarray - with one of us in need of urgent hospital treatment. However, our hosts at the Inn, Ed and Larry, could not have been more welcoming, thoughtful, generous and helpful...

We loved the Old Ranch Inn. The property and the room were both lovely. I loved the decor of the room and the pool and grounds are beautiful. But what made our experience exceptional was the service provided by Larry and Ed. All of their recommendations were perfect and they went out of their way to be helpful. It really...

We could have stayed anywhere for the same price but the service and experience could not have been matched. I was traveling on business and it was my husband's vacation. We had to work with a budget. We feel like we received far more than we paid for. Larry and Ed's hospitality began when we checked in and extended after...
