I don't know what to say that hasn't been mentioned before. My husband and I stayed there for 3 nights in September while looking to purchase a home in the area. Ed and Larry are wonderful, great guys. We had a very helpful conversation about real estate in the area with Ed, and like one other reviewer said, they are...

My Wife and I have recently returned from 15 days in California 8 of which we spent at The Old Ranch Inn. This was by far the most relaxing and welcoming hotel we stayed at and also the cheapest by a long long way. We have travelled all over the world (well almost) and this is without doubt the best...

We just got back from a week at the Old Ranch Inn in Palm Springs. Larry and Ed (the proprietors) were great, the Inn was great, the location was great! We would definitely stay here again! Larry and Ed were very helpful in recommending restaurants, activities, etc., all the good "info" you don't get with the "chain" hotels. All the...

This was our second stay at The Old Ranch Inn and we hope to visit again. There are absoulutely no negatives here. The rooms are quiet and beautifully decorated. The inn is very well kept and ideally located ,and the owners, Ed and Larry, are friendly and extremely helpful. There is a great deal of attention to detail here and...

What a great little place! Ed and Larry make everyone feel at home. The rooms were large well decorated with a kitchenette and a very comfortable bed. It is only a 5 minute walk from the main downtown area. My wife and I loved it.

We love the Old Ranch Inn and Ed and Larry. The Inn is truly our home away from home. All the rooms are spacious, well equipped, tastefully decorated, immaculately clean, and the beds are very comfortable. The pool and grounds are well maintained and also immaculate. Ed and Larry take a lot of pride in their Inn. They are very...

My husband and I were extremely happy we chose to stay here. The owners were super friendly and immediately made us feel welcome. Our room was large, clean and comfortable, and had lots of nice touches including plastic wine glasses so we could bring drinks to the pool, a charming outdoor patio, and a big, comfy bed. The air conditioner...

Once in a while one can really value the opinions given in Tripadvisor, when one finds a gem of a hotel miles away from home, which one would never come across under normal circumstances. I really can't add much more to what has been said before - but to summarise - The two most perfect hosts, spacious rooms decorated in...

My boyfriend and I stayed here for the first time in July 2008, and liked it so much we came back in September! It was such a nice change from the impersonal chain hotels I am used to. This was relaxing, welcoming, quiet, beautiful, charming...I can't say enough about it! Larry & Ed are really great; always happy to give...
