The hotel is located right in downtown Palm Springs, which is very convenient. I stayed alone in a 2 queen bedroom for 8 nights. Beds and bedding are excellent. The decor in the rooms and halls is worn and somewhat dated; carpets can't really look clean anymore. I expected better from a Hilton. Bathroom was very nice and clean. The room was spacious enough, and I had a fridge, which was handy. No recycling containers on the property, which was annoying. I had mixed success with the front desk: all employees were very friendly, but not always efficient. I asked for room cleaning on two days, and one of them was missed. A friend of mine staying at the hotel had a high or drunk stranger banging on his door one night - twice. The person left before hotel personnel came up, but no-one from the hotel followed up with him about the incident. I also asked about ordering an airport shuttle, and the front desk person said to give 20-30 minutes notice. They did not, however, mention that there are no shuttles before 10am. When I found this out, they refused to order a cab for me, but gave me a number to call. The shuttle is free, so I asked if they pay for the cab. I was told that the driver should return with the bill and they'd arrange payment: well, no cab driver is going to do that. I submitted my cab claim and it was promptly reimbursed on my bill, but it was an un- necessary hassle (had to try 2 cab companies, and call Hilton to find out how to claim the cab fare, then write the email with my receipt attached). Note that security here is lax: the front doors don't need a key entry late at night, nor do the elevators; this is probably how the intruder got up to my friend's floor. I didn't eat at the hotel restaurant as there are many great restaurants in the area. The pool area is nice, as is the landscaping. …
Room 379 standard 2 beds The room was very comfortable, blackout curtains, comfy bed, clean, quiet, coffee maker, mini fridge, safe box, patio with nice Mountain Views. There is a charge of $18 for self parking or $25 valet parking. Nice pool with their own bar and food service, I would suggest a little more shade areas at the pool but omg. It was great and fun. Casino is right next door if you like gambling. Right in the middle of all major entertainment like bars, restaurants, shops, etc. Staff super friendly and helpful. I felt so welcomed from the moment I opened those doors.
This hotel had a great location and nice pool setting. We enjoyed a garden view poolside room which was great with our own patio. We sat on the patio more than anything. Poolside food was good, room was okay. Room was more 3 stars than 4: missing outlet covers, dirty dresser, loose faucet. Just wasn’t well kept. Front desk staff was very helpful, and parking out front was free which was great. Walking distance to all Palm Springs has to offer.
Horrible rooms! We are Hilton Honor members. Usually Hilton is a consistent brand that we can rely on. This is the first time Hilton has been a disappointment. To start out with (as Honors members), we're supposed to get early check in. Not only did we not get early check in, but we had to wait until after 4:30 before we were given a room (and they didn't text us - we had to go to the front desk and ask status twice). Major issues with the room: what appeared to be a sex stain (without getting into more graphic details) on one of the chairs. The arms of a chair were grungy black it was so old. It's disappointing they couldn't have used some of the COVID down time to do some minor updates. Somewhat minor items with the room (but still annoying): soap and conditioner bottles completely empty. The only plus: service was great from everyone (other than at check-in).…
Room was fine, clean, ready although arrived prior to check in time. Location good. Staff friendly, the pool bar was open although a bit chilly. Restaurant was not open for dinner. Although not a big deal and many options within a 2 block walk. Would stay here again.
Beautiful pool! Unmatched view of the mountains! I would recommend this hotel to anyone. The staff is very friendly and very helpful. We got locked out of our room twice and they were quick to act. The gym was very clean.
Very reasonably priced hotel in the center of Palm Springs. We were able to book a great room for less than $300 (including parking). Staff was very helpful and responsive and immediately responded to all our concerns. The hotel is within easy walking distance of many restaurants and shops. The rooms are very spacious with plenty of room for two people. The fitness center is also very nice. If you are looking for a reasonably priced hotel that provides high quality service in a good location, this is your spot.
This hotel is perfectly located in downtown Palm Springs. With a free airport shuttle, the two hot tubs and pools make for a lovely quick vacation. My only issue is that the rooms were quite outdated and in need of renovations. They were dirty at points, and the areas did smell of smoke at certain places. With that being said, my room backed onto the pool yard and it was a very nice stay. I’d return here for sure.
I will give -10 if I can. Worst experience, after the trip, I cancelled all my Hilton credit cards and will never stay in Hilton. It was around 7 pm, we walked around in rooms and staff called us to keep quite, they received complains from the downstairs. We try to keep our movement minimum but each time we walked, downstairs complained and staff called us, 5 times. Finally we have to go to bed before 8pm. We never received any complain before and after that trip in any other hotels.
Nothing too bad, nothing very good. Old room, decent size. Great location. Just no amenities and no service. One inconvenient USB Can’t order room service breakfast after 6 PM or before 8 AM Ground floor smells musty, funky and old Not a quality hotel, not a destination hotel OK for a place to,sleep overnight, but I wouldn’t do again
