Wonderful staff. Tyrone checked us in and was super helpful. Very nice room, beautiful pools! Resort is private and lovely. Dog friendly! Still trying to understand the bill. Seems like I may have been charged twice for some things so need to review once everything clears

Horrible. The hotel is run down and the staff is clearly underpaid because no one cares about customer service. They have one person servicing the pool, so good luck getting anything including a spot to sit. The carpets are stained and smell terrible. The walls are so thin you can hear everyone walking by your room and every time someone walks out their door you’ll be woken up at all hours of the night. I called the front desk to bring a couple of these things to their attention and nothing was done. Not worth the price!! Go stay somewhere else if you don’t want to be disappointed.

First, some of my dissatisfaction is based on my expectations. I thought that the crowd would be a bit older, as Parrotheads are, but it was all millennials and many with their babies or dogs. Which is fine but not what I’d expected. Second, I expected Jimmy Buffet music playing, which there wasn’t. Third, I expected a classier feel but if you know Walt Disney World, this felt very much like an All Star-resort, not the luxury kind. Our room felt very much like a motel, not a resort. Also, we always bring a nite light for the bathroom so we don’t have to turn on a bright light in the middle of the night but this bathroom has a sensor and the light comes on every time you step into the room. In addition, the “low flow” toilet caused a “situation” and it took them until we were just about ready to check out before sending up the plunger we asked for. Lastly, we ate dinner at the JWB grill. They were severely understaffed. 3 people bartending, waiting and bussing tables and seating customers. They advertised a certain kind of steak and no one told the waiter they didn’t have it so he served me something else. I had to send it back. It was the only choice for a meal besides the bar. Just a disappointing experience all the way round, unfortunately.…

We had a wonderful experience at Margaritaville Palm Springs. Very laidback resort with Jimmy Buffett & tropical vibes & so relaxing. The pools were beautiful and the pool areas were well appointed. The staff was amazing—we were always greeted with a warm smile & hospitality, everyone was very helpful and made us feel welcomed (special shoutout to Tyrone at the front desk, Carlos at the Come Monday Cafe and Maria (our favorite staff member) at the JWB Grill. The dining and drink fare were excellent. Rooms were beautifully decorated and very comfortable.

Andrew checked us in and he is a fantastic employee. Very helpful and really caring. Room was clean and net but pool area was very neglected. Hot tub was not hot nor was it clean. Quite disappointed about this and trash was in the pool and scattered around. Resort is located in a great location and offers some nice amenities but management needs to attend to the pool area. Every single staff member was personable and genuine. Not sure if I’d return.

This is NOT a family-friendly Hotel. Very understaffed and the staff that is there is very poor. The Hotel Manager also checks you in and the Food and Beverage Manager is forced to seat you in the restaurant. Complaints go uninvestigated.

Manny @ License to Chill is a dreamboat. If his eyes don’t get you, his watermelon Margarita will. Dino and Manny helped us have an unbelievable time. Even on an off night they still went above and beyond to specialize the experience.
